What a find. Great hotel with plenty of car parking. Staff welcoming and informative. Room was a great size with two huge beds. Complimentary water was well received. Breakfast was excellent and served piping hot. All in all a great stay. We will definitely be back.

It is expensive. Our stay was around 14hrs and whilst comfy etc it was a little pricy I’m assuming because of the dance competition in the area on the day. Minor complaint

Rooms are cold, there's no thermostat, windows are old so a lot of noise comes from the road outside, there was noise in the corridors.

Rooms are spacious, bathroom is modern. The bar in the hotel's food is excellent.

Too many people ignore the No Parking areas and double yellow lines in the hotel grounds and think they can park where they like, this makes it difficult and dangerous for other foot passengers and vehicles having to avoid or go around them, the hotel should clamp down on this, there is plenty of parking, no need for the few to be so inconsiderate.

Breakfast was all good, lunch in the hotel was very good and the room was perfect, no complaints.

It was a very enjoyable stay .The hotel was very welcoming and the reception staff were lovely The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.The food was excellent and breakfast was of great choice.

The long wait for my partners breakfast. She requested gluten and dairy free breakfast. Toast came 15 mins after placing order. Bacon a further 5mins later. Result, a cold breakfast. Coffee / tea machine would be helpful so customers can help themselves, rather than constantly having to chase down staff for extra. Gluten free bread possibly labelled and left out beside the toaster would be another suggestion.

Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Staff brilliant.

Room was a bit warm, no air conditioning, opening the window meant that we got alot of road noise. The pool in the leisure part is only available to guests at fairly limited times, and it's not that big. Changing rooms were not pleasant as the floor was really dirty and only 2 privacy cubicles that I could see

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We ate in the Callan Bar, which was very nice although drinks were a little expensive.

I found the cooked breakfast very tasty but a bit too much salt in the ingredients, especially the black and white pudding. This left me feeling very thirsty later in the day. Probably more noticeable as I try to avoid salty foods.

Found the staff a little off on the Monday evening for me dinner, and also the breakfast on the Tuesday morning was quite cold, though both of these things are unusual for the hotel

Pool facilities closing at 3:45 on Sundays when check in is only 3pm. However I did ring before just to check did I need to pre book & was only advised then but was allowed in early. If I had not of rang, I wouldn't have known & would been very disappointed

Great location, right beside the park. Brilliant trad band in the side room. Food was lovely.
