Nothing - Hotel was really fantastic

Everything. Hotel was lovely, in a great location. Bedroom was superb, bed really comfortable and lots of extras included. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL - they were friendly, courteous and professional and happy!! Breakfast was superb with a huge variety and service was excellent. I can't fault the Charm Boutique Hotel and if I am ever in Brighton it will be go to hotel of choice. Excellent 👍

Everything was very comfortable. Perfect location, great room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. There was some confusion with the booking at the beginning but the staff (Lily) were really helpful and ensured that we got the lovely room we’d booked.

Could be noisy with doors slamming etc. Insufficient storage in bedroom. Wash basin too small and could do with another shelf. Breakfast was not as good as previous stay - no branflakes or prunes or weetabix. Bacon, and muffins were dry. Not as good a selection of fruit as previously.

Location, cleanliness, nice light and airy spacious room. Good shower. Staff were brilliant! Comfortable bed.

There was nothing not to like however as mentioned on our last day, a little more privacy around the hot tub but that's very minor. And maybe some music around the hot tub too.

We loved our stay here. Staff were super amazing, Lily, Dragos, Nina, Edu and everyone else, superb. I was impressed with the room, very spacious. Location is really and truly close to all amenities. Restaurants from all around the world are like 1min walk from either end and there is this really nice Italian place called Al Forno really close by. Hotel is stone throw away from the beach and the pier. You can walk around the town centre without the buses and still explore the place. We were here for 4 nights and everyday was a different day, with lots of adventuring and trying new things. My partner is vegetarian, and there is a place called No catch that sells vegetarian cod but it tastes just like fish. You won't be disappointed with the hotel and definitely will love the staff because they took care of all our needs. They made sure our stay was as special from the beginning to the end. We celebrated our honeymoon here and we had a blast. They made the room special on request and made sure everything was unique. I will come back for sure.

That we only stayed one night! If there is one criticism it's that I would prefer firmer pillows..I mentioned this on departure and was told that next time I should mention this on booking as there are firmer pillows which can be provided on request, so our fault for not mentioning sooner.

The welcome at reception by Dragaas set the tone for our stay. His customer service was superb, friendly, warm and informative. The location in buzzy Kemptown and within sight of the beach and a short walk into the main town is excellent. The breakfast was in a bright room with a wide range of choice both full English and continental, everything very fresh. Small things like butter and marmalade in pots not terrible plastic sachets were noticeable. Our room (10) was lovely, spacious with a small balcony looking onto a small park and the sea. The bed was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Lots of milk and tea /coffee (hate it when hotels are mean with things like that). Tastefully decorated throughout. Excellent value for money. We were lucky enough to have an upgrade (thank you!) but I think all of the rooms would be of a similarly high standard.We plan to come back and will certainly recommend.
