We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast had a great choice and also the opportunity to mix and match. The excellent food was complemented by the lovely china it was served on. The whole house was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable and the service was caring and friendly.

Luxury indeed! Richard works hard to offer comfortable, spacious, friendly and immaculately clean accommodation. Coffee and teas are continually replenished in the room, with a wide range of perfectly cooked breakfast items as well as the excellent buffet options. The conservatory has lots of books on Iona to browse when it's raining - or when Richard offers a glass of wine in the evening! We were sorry to leave after 3 nights.

Cooked breakfast is made to order and was plentiful! Easy walk to the Nunnery, Abbey and beaches. Richard was a great host and made us feel very welcomed.

The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The host was delightful and went above and beyond with our needs. When there was no electricity on the island, he cooked us the most beautiful meal with such grace and love. Honestly, he made the whole experience of staying there unforgettable.

Great place for a relaxing and remote stay. Warm welcome from Richard and the staff. We were happily surprised to have someone picking us up from the ferry while the rain was pouring. Accommodation is really friendly and clean. We enjoyed a lot our stay. Also Richard was nice enough to prepare us a little take away breakfast while we had to leave at 6:30 (outside of the breakfast hour). Strongly recommend this place.

Richard is the perfect host, attentive, humorous, thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast was great, quality ingredients cooked very well and pre dinner wine an appreciated touch. Perfect location, guest lounge, conservatory, our bedroom overlooking the sea. Very well appointed House but one in which you feel comfortable. Iona is beautiful and Ardoran House the perfect base from which to explore it. We would love to return!

From being collected by car from the ferry on my arrival till the end of my two night stay here nothing was too much effort. The accommodation was first class and spotlessly clean, yet relaxed, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was superb and I particularly loved the local, fresh, free range eggs! Richard is a first class host who goes above and beyond, putting his heart and soul into ensuring every guest feels very welcome, relaxed, comfortable and at home here. I now know why Ardoran House is rated so highly. Highly recommended !
