We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had a bit of issues with the TV and Leila just came in a jiffy and fixed it. Add some more toiletries ( bath gels and shampoos).
The home is the new build one at the place that looks like heaven. The pictures don't do justice to the place at all. The word is Wow. We had a family visiting us from Perth on the first evening here and they were also impressed by the way the home was set up. Every room had a beautiful aroma diffuser with all the toilets with scented candles in every room and toilets.The bathroom was awesome and the ensuite shower toilet was great too. Loads of towels. Super clean home with all the best amenities in the kitchenette. We used the dishwasher and the washing machine. The garden had a lovely sitting arrangement. Rooms were spacious and the beds were awesome to sleep on. There is a toilet on the ground floor much used after dinner and lazing about in the night with fabulous family time games and movies. We were surprised by small bits of welcome pack of Crisps, fairy cakes, milk,eggs and coffee and variety of tea bags waiting for us.Very impressive. Good luck to Leila. We need more accommodations like hers.

Clean, comfortable, stylish, plenty towels & It wasnt too far from Crieff Hydro Glen adventures for our kids. They also had their own room which was great (no fighting) The eggs was a lovely touch, host was helpful on our stay & the bed sheets were as fresh as a commercial ad which we loved!
