Owner would not refund when son broke his leg prior to the stay. We had to leave him with his grandma and take our other two children. Given the reason you'd think the owner would have some compassion and not refuse a refund or even a part refund. The apartment was dirty that we couldn't walk on the floor without shoes as our socks/feet would be really dirty. Noise was unbearable from residents upstairs that we couldn't sleep as we could hear every footstep or noise.

There are two moderately priced cafes within a 2-minute walk, It's a bit rundown, but you can stroll to the front in a minute and the centre pier is only a few minutes away. Once you're on the property, though, things change. A modern, aesthetically pleasing, and immaculately maintained building with high-quality exterior and interior finishes, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay.

absolutely love the apartment hotel! The spacious rooms, modern amenities, very clean suitable location very close from blackpool beach and all other activities plus shops and restaurants and friendly staff make it a perfect home away from home.confortable for a family with young kids

It could do with a little cleaning. Bathroom sink was dirty. It has greenish moulds around the tap. Toilet had poo stain on the outside of it. Kitchen was dirty. Fridge had stains , sink was dirty. Walls have food stains. There should be a light blocking curtain in the lounge. Light from opposite neighbour shines bright into the bedroom during the night.

A little noisy from other rooms. No drinking water was provided. The toilet door was operating only from outside.

Exceedingly suitable for my requirements. Proximate to railway terminals and the waterfront promenade.The space is impeccably organised and neat, with tasteful furnishings that provide a high level of comfort.

We were impressed by the place's contemporary design and tasteful decor. Just how we like it. As we pulled up, the weather was perfect—warm and beautiful. We really loved the complimentary milk, tea, and coffee.

The room was on the top floor and I had actually asked for a room with the least amount of steps as I have mobility issues. The room was OK however it wasn't as clean as it could've been and the rooms were supposed to be sound proof but I could here everyone in and out and the next door room going to the toilet. I wouldn't book here again. For somewhere just to use as a base its ok but expected more than what I got.

Walls very thin you could hear everything small room for a double bed plus single bed and at the top floor quite steep stairs
