Everything was perfect and nothing I or my partner disliked.

Amazing property, felt very welcome , beautiful room and the gardens which we used were stunning, it was like going home from home, for self catering everything was there we needed, all the little extras really meant a lot , the coffee and teas provided on tray in room were excellent , lots of other choices available , biscuits, the fridge included a bottle of fresh milk , bottled water and fruit juices. The host Andrea was a lovely caring and friendly lady and her establishment is a credit to her and her staff , myself and my partner were so impressed with the stay and it was perfect in every way. An outstanding stay in a perfect place and very near the main town and seafront and parking as well was a huge bonus. If I could live there I would. The best accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Nothing! The owner obviously has high standards.

On my arrival I was greeted by the owner who gave me a map of the area & lots of useful information. Everything I could need, & more, was provided in the apartment. Milk, bottled water, biscuits, towels, bedding, electric blanket, teatowel, salt, pepper, cling film, tin foil & even 6 fresh eggs from the owner's chickens. Great parking facilities. Bus stop into town near by. Lovely garden to relax in. Spotlessly clean.

The flat was exceptionally clean, with everything you might need to hand. Parking on site was essential as one guest is disabled. The lovely garden and fresh eggs from the chickens a real bonus. 15 min walk to the beach.

Myself and mty partner stayed in Torquay for Bank Holiday weekend, we were greeted at the Appartment by Andrea who was so friendly and helpful, the appartment was spotless, really comfy bed and we loved all the little extras and thought she puts into it. We will definitely be returning.

Apartment was really nice very clean coffee tea etc was provided.You could borrow dvds books and games.Nice quiet location.Very comfy beds.

I imagine you would pay a lot more for a sea view! Personally I prefer the value for money. Upstairs flat no problem for me but might be if you struggle with stairs?

Located in a quiet back street not far from all the town has to offer. Free parking. Spacious with everything I needed. I appreciated the electric blanket as I wasn't feeling all that warm. Nice little garden also (with chickens!)

Very hard to pick fault! Maybe upgrade TV (sound quality) & hairdryer - but not a deal breaker..

Apartment had everything you needed, very comfortable, excellent location. Andrea (owner) was so welcoming and friendly, she gave us some great ideas of what to do whilst in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to stay here.
