Modern appliances, fixtures, and furniture that included a combo washer and dryer as my husband forgot his clean underthings and tops from a backpack lost on a commuter train. We definitely had to wash dirty laundry the moment we checked in. We also liked that it is close to a train station and bus stops — train (4 minute-walk) / bus (8 minute-walk).

Sadly I had a Sunday evening meal here as it was cold and raining and I didn’t want to go out again. I ordered fish and chips which were out of the freezer and over cooked in the fryer - the peas were also out of the freezer and had been microwaved for too long and were shriveled up. For nearly £14 (Australian $28) it was a rip off.

The Adagio apartments were only a 5 minute walk to the Sutton train station which is then about a 45 minute ride into either London Bridge or Victoria Station. The apartment building is also practically on the Main Street of Sutton with easy access to shops and restaurants. The hot breakfasts prepared by Aziza were great - they filled you up 👍🏻😊

No tea pot (just tea kettle). Since there were 2 of us, another easy chair for TV watching was asked for but not received. The shower floor was slippery so we asked for a bathmat (as per your sign in the washroom) but none was received. Concerned about lack of safety for large windows.

Hotel is handy to shopping and restaurants plus train station. Kitchen was ok, well stocked for the most part. Shower was nice but lack of small shelf for soap, shampoo was awkward. Bed was comfy.

View wasn’t very exciting but that may depend on the room you choose.

The studio apartment was amazing value for money. Modern comfortable and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. The shower was really great and the water pressure perfect. We will be back. Can’t be beaten in the price range.

Internet could enabled to work non stop instead of timed to go off after a time interval Break fast options can be increased. Change of linen like towels could be more regularly done And cleaning can be done every four days instead of eight days.

The breakfast was good though more options could be added to the menu

The staff were very accommodating with us and our dogs; they called us when there was a complaint about the noise so that we could return to calm the dogs down without giving us a hard time — excellent! Everything was comfortable and everything we needed was provided.

As I stayed in the aparthotel room I had a small oven to cook, however I couldn't find any instructions to use it, so it was a bit of a guess game... but I managed to make something edable, but they could probably do with being displayed.

The property was very quiet and had everything I needed. It was very spacious and comfortable, I liked the decor and had lovely lighting.

Sofa bed wasn't made up and no staff in the restaurant when we went for dinner . Ended up going to Nandos.

Limited parking and no way to reserve meaning that even if you pay for a spot, if you move someone may take it. This means you have to leave your car in place the entire stay, if indeed you get a spot. Not ideal as this is in the middle of a town centre and so other parking is also limited and expensive. Breakfast choice is somewhat limited considering the size of the place.

Everything was quite good. Some of the rooms face an interior courtyard (i.e. the view is terrible/just looking at the side of the building), but some rooms overlook Sutton and the view is actually quite nice. Would recommend requesting a room with a view when you book/check-in.

Very close to Sutton station, super easy check in and the staff are great. Apartment has quite a big kitchen, which is really nice. Super comfortable and clean rooms, etc. Highly recommend if you've got business in Sutton for any reason.

I stayed for 2 weeks and the fire alarm has gone off twice. We walked from 8th floor to the ground, we just stayed in the reception until we realised that it seems fine to go back to the room. Staffs were not there to help nor explaining what happen, unless you approach them. I think when that happen, staff could be more active to communicate the situation, so that the crowd at least know what happened.

The location is excellent, town centre is only 5 minutes walk away. The room is clean and bright.
