The room looked a bit in need of some TLC a bit of peeling paint and grotty grout also a rusty shower shelf which is a shame because some of it was to a high standard

Only stayed overnight for a wedding so didn't see much of the place or the area, the complementary continental breakfast was basic but all that we needed. The bed was very comfortable

I got lost trying to find my way back downstairs! There are indications on the walls but it’s not the easiest to get around upstairs with lots of doors and stairs. In the room the only thing I didn’t like was the floor, very very creaky. I suppose it’s an old building.

This is a nice pub with a separate portion of the building with rooms. I found the room comfortable and clean, the staff is really kind. I liked that they give you a little breakfast basket to take to your room and they provide fresh towels daily (I think? I was only there for 2 nights). I also had dinner at the pub one night and it was delicious!

Uneven bedroom floor made me feel sick, though I appreciate it's an old building. On the airport flight path, could hear planes every few minutes throughout the night, even through my ear plugs.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise from the pub below which was quite loud but finished around 11pm so wasn't an issue whilst sleeping.

We had a lovely stay at Angel @ King Street. We had an early flight back from Thailand to Manchester and Debbie was very accomodating with an early check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the location was perfect in Knutsford as we were attending a wedding only a few doors down.

Great location and fantastic value for money. We received such a warm welcome from the hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had parked in the correct place to avoid any ticket.

Plain croissants would be a better option than pain au chocolate. Not sure cereal and milk a good choice but would be okay if breakfast collected am.Orange juice would be a good addition if again breakfast could be collected am and OJ cold.

Clean and comfortable room with ability to open the window for fresh air. Location in town excellent. Restaurant very good. Complimentary breakfast a nice touch but would have been better to ask guests to collect in the morning as milk included which although put in a cool bag would not have kept cold in the summer.

One of our party struggled a bit with stairs. We didn’t know beforehand that he would need to negotiate them - but not really that much if a problem.

Great location for the town centre. Staff very helpful , chatty and friendly. Clean rooms. Good shower.

Parking was a letdown for me. We parked up on a Sunday night, so it was free parking, but I had to get at 7.45 am on Monday morning to put money in the meter as you get charged from 8am to 6 pm. Also, with the hotel being old, it had very creaky floorboards, which woke me up in the middle of the night and early in the morning, which wasn't a problem as I had to be up anyway for the parking

Nice, clean functional room, lovely comfy bed . Bar downstairs was cosy with a log fire! Food and drinks were a reasonable price. Hotel was right on the high street with a sainsbury's around the corner if you needed anything.
