Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThey didn't offer breakfast for the price we paid. Bathroom wasn't very nice. Looked like it was half way through being plastered. Bar only served lager on tap on match days and bottles were very expensive.
The staff were really friendly. Beds were really comfy, great terrace and garden area. The location was excellent as we had booked the Anfield Tour.

United KingdomJust an obvious observation for staying at the hotel that we were fully aware of and did not bother us, but there is a function room at the rear that can be extremely loud into the night. But aside from that it ended promptly at midnight after fireworks. However the bigger issue was that due to the function booking the limited carparking to the front was full all that night and we couldn't find parking anywhere near as the surrounding area is ALL resident permit parking only.
Staff here are all excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful location central to what we needed for LFC on foot. Great atmosphere being in the area. Everything positioned well nearby. We picked a super weather weekend which helped. :0)

Liverpool themed hotel on anfields doorstep. Staff friendly. Able to park car outside prior to check in and go into the city for the day without the need to find a pay and display.

United KingdomThe hotel no longer offers breakfast as stated on the booking website. This was no problem as it was easy enough to stock up on breakfast bars etc at the local shop, but it would have been helpful to know in advance.
Very well located for Anfield. Easy to find and easy to park. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Good shower and the room was well facilitated with tea and coffee equipment, iron, TV etc. The hotel offers a discounted tour of Anfield, we had already booked ours but I would highly recommend this, whoever you book with.

United KingdomLoved the friendly atmosphere and the Liverpool FC touch. We travelled with our 3 kids and being liverpool fans they loved looking at all the photos. The room was clean and comfy and we were given keys for the main door too so we could come and go as we pleased. Parking was right outside and they let us leave our car there even after we checked out.

United KingdomWhen we booked it said you could pay for breakfast at the hotel however this is a service no longer offered as we asked. Even though the room we had was clean, it was average with the facilities. The bathroom wasn't the best, we had no hot water out of the tap in the sink and the shower wasn't the best if your husband is 6ft.
The hotel was in a prime location as we were there to complete the LFC tour. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
