Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe bathroom had no door. The pillows were bad quality. The location is far away from the city centre ( not walkable) ina dodgy district. In retrospect, I should have spent more on a hotel to save on Uber fares.
Fab location if you go to a gig at Anfield Stadium. The house had ev erything: crockery, cutlery, wifi, toaster, microwave kettle, hair drier, ironing board. Perfect. It was clean.

As far as location is concerned for the game, I don't think you can get better.. just a walk away from Anfield. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Would definitely use again.

United KingdomThe shower - either scolding hot or freezing cold no comfortable temperature and pressure was awful meaning we couldn’t have a proper wash. Disappointing as we travelled 4 hours odd to get there so was really looking forward to a nice shower. Other than this the stay was great. (Beds could do with mattress toppers as very springy but didn’t ruin our stay, just a suggestion 😁)
Location was perfect, didn’t meet any staff but engaged via messages before stay and they replied straight away and were very helpful. Very happy with our stay and will definitely recommend!
