Only minor but an air gap in main bedroom window, a cold breeze comes in to an otherwise fabulously warm apartment throughout.

Great luxury ammenities and important things to me are the bed and shower, all terrific. Free safe parking is really good. Comfy lounges to watch Netflix after a day out exploring the surrounding towns, Prestwick and Troon. Ayr itself didn’t really offer much in terms of good cafes. Neil was an excellent host and has a very nice space to stay.

Would have liked a sliding door on the hallway shower and maybe a dryer.

Location was ideal. Short drive to our tournament and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable with all the necessities. We were six different groups, and this was the best accommodation of all. I was pleasantly surprised to see a second bathroom. I don't think the website said there were two.

Fantastic apartment exceptionally clean . Apartment has a well equipped kitchen comfortable beds and great living space. There is games and toys available which was fantastic for our grandchildren to play with. Apartment is a few minutes walking distance from town and beach and has lovely views onto the river. We had contacted Neil and asked if we could drop bags off before check in which he agreed this was a massive help to us. Thanks Neil. I highly recommend this apartment and we are hoping we can book for next year

Excellent location for the town, the beach and surrounding tourist spots. The apartment is bright, spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Clear instructions for access and excellent Visitor's guidebook for the area. The host is available 24/7 and replies quickly to any questions or queries.

There's nothing here not to like or anything that could be done better.

It was self catering, so I can't rate the breakfast. I liked everything. Beds that didn't squeak when you turned over, comfortable furniture that didn't sag when you sat on it. Attention to detail, hooks, mirrors, hairdryers, shelves, books and games for all ages, hand and body soaps, milk in the fridge and tea / coffee. An information booklet regarding the accomodation and the area. Any queries were quickly responded to by Neil the owner, even my daft questions. Owner always on hand to help if needed. The cleanest place I've ever stayed in. Very central for public transport and a dedicated parking space in the rear car park.

No welcome pack bare essentials like tea/coffee and biscuits would have been appreciated.Could have brought coffee pods with us if knew what we needed. Pillows were a little flat for our taste ,even tho spare ones were used..

Very clean property with good standard of fittings, beds were comfy and linen and towels good.quality. Shower was powerful and appreciated complimentary shower and hand gel. Car parking space ,but was able to walk to shops and leave the car, a good central position. Please remember to take your own details to sign in to use the X box one, my son forgot, but the games consul was appreciated. Would definitely use the apartment again if in the area, thanks to the host for providing a nice stay.
