The sink had no hot water, only cold. The bed sheet had black markers, but looked like iron burn. Twin room but the two singles were very narrow. If I was a bigger person, it would have been difficult.

Location perfect. Close to city centre, but far enough to not be noisy. Market in the street on Sunday morning. Close to the music venue I went too. Comfortable Private bathroom Great price.

didn’t see a member of staff (there was a number on the wall of we needed them, but I know it’s a self service property but would of been nice to be greeted but no faults with the property. Would of liked a bigger mirror on the wall (was on the door & it was dark by there so couldn’t really see a lot)

Close to the train station & a short walk into the centre. Very clean room & the bed was sooooo comfortable. Decent size for a couple & had everything we needed for a night stay (ie tea & coffee, iron/board & hairdryer). Also loved the fact there was tea/coffee & a microwave by the entrance which was handy.

The room smelled ‘off’, I wish I had brought a scented candle. I believe this was in part due to plumbing smells from the bathroom which came and went and then came back again. There was no extractor fan and room needed some damp ventilation. Room 17. Additionally the walls are very thin. I was kept awake by snoring from the next door room and the gentleman also woke me up very early with an alarm, the noise of him packing up his room and leaving early morning was very loud.

The ability to come in and out without needing to see anyone, the proximity to convenient riverside parking. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well set out and decorated in a simplistic but nicely contemporary way. Tea, milk and kettle was appreciated.

It was one of the coldest weekends of the year, but I still needed to open the windows because the room was so warm. Surely there is no need to have the radiators on that high?

Only little niggle only 3 hangers soap dispenser nearly empty and pump didn't work have to use cup to fill kettle as it doesn't fit in the sink but not a hardship and damp patch on ceiling from upper floor leak but would recommend andthe exit time 10pm

Location from Cardiff city centre was excellent, close by.

The booking dot com website lists this as having parking, but it doesn't. This only became apparent after having done the booking. This needs correcting. I specifically chose this based on having parking, as I needed to transport amps for a gig, and it caused me some logistic issues.

No free parking, but I did know about this before booking, hence not travelling by car.

Great location, close to Sophia Gardens coach station & a short walk to the city. Room was clean, Great en-suite with shower. Tea & coffee facilities in room & downstairs. Bed was comfortable. Staff were great- welcoming, helpful & friendly. Added bonus of the Riverside Market on the Sunday morning!!
