I received information that the parking space corresponds to the apartment number. We arrived in the evening and our parking space was occupied. We paid £18 for parking in the city. Later we were informed that we could park in other parking spaces. The apartment wasn't cleaned after previous guests.

I wouldnt recommend this group. I have never been so disappointed in a stay. I did not like that you didn't know until you booked that you had to make a £200 room deposit prior to access on top of apartment cost. - On entry the corridors were dirty and the stairs had bobbypins, dirt tissues and stains. -The dishes had to be rewashed as they were in the cupboard. with food stains on them. -The lounge was stained with something. Possibly because there was no dinning table to eat from. - It took nearly 4 days and an email to get my deposit back.

These apartments had the potential for being nice but was well below expectations. They did take the time to resolve complaints about a broken heater by offering us another. Yet it took 8 hours of calls and photos to prove it was broken, whilst sending us texys on how to start the heater as they wouldn't belive it was a function issue rather than a user issue. They good thing was that they were within a 15 minute walk of the centre and close to many restaurants. The bathroom was nice however, the toilet seat was broken and there was no toilet paper.

Floor panels lifting in lounge room. Tripped over them many times. Nothing too serious though. One could slice their foot open of unlucky enough

No staff available at property to fix the hot water for the kitchen sink. It took 2 days to fix. Ref checkin day - I came late at midnight, I did not receive checkin instruction, no one answer my call. I had to stay eslewhere until morning when I could get through to the staff for the key. The cleaning was not good with the floor.

The radiator in the bedroom was not working and also the radiator in the sitting room/kitchen came off very early so the place was a bit cold. The car park could do with some form of lighting.

At some point it was necessary to open the windows to ventilate the apartment but it was difficult to open the windows.

It needs a bigger table in the kitchen area. And a couple of chairs. It was a bit uncomfortable to eat in the apartment. Also the Internet was not working properly all the time. But we managed with our 4g.

the facilities needed maintenance: walls in the living room and hallway needed a fresh paint, shower handle was leaking water, blinds in one room were missing the handle, lamp in the living room not working… and the living room carpet was fairly dirty The responsiveness from the property side to those complaints was poor

Windows were very dirty outside and mouldy frames on the inside. You couldn’t open the vertical blinds as the poles needed were mostly broken so it felt a bit boxy. Lighting was ‘office-like’ and lamp in kitchen didn’t work. The bedroom was quite dusty and the bed needed a mattress protector. Just little things that could easily be sorted to make a difference.

Great location close to city centre with off street parking. Spacious bathroom with fab shower. Good appliances. Comfortable but small living room/kitchen. Comfy beds. Helpful staff at the end of the phone.
