TV permanently on in the dining room with programmes you would not want to watch while eating. Sound irritating but staff were prepared to turn it down.

Good breakfast and dinner. Great view from the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy parking.

Wasn’t an option to get drink or snack during the day , disappointed with pool area

While the food quality is good, the organisation of the optional evening meals is rather old fashioned, expensive and limited in choice.

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. It’s worth paying a bit extra for sea view rooms.

TApart from the view from my bedroom window there was nothing to dislike about the Hotel.

The room was was with the neccasary Facilities, Breakfast i had a very good choice of serial and juices to choose from an excellent cooked meal with tea & toast. View was not so good from my room when I looked out of my window I looked out onto roof of an out building.

Three steps at rear entrance. Could easily have a ramped access for less able people. Noisy television and musak together in the dining area.

Good sea view and room facilities. Very good breakfast, evening meals and bar. Excellent staff. Good vehicle parking at rear.

Evening meal was a poor choice with limited options and the menu given out the night before. Breakfast could have had more choice. The room specifications on the booking where not followed, we required 1 double and a twin room and they gave us 2 double rooms.

The room overlooking the sea was far too hot and very unbearable as it had large glass windows exposed to the sun. Desperately needs air con. Fan provided but didn’t really achieve much. After 3 days requested a room out of the sun but forfeited the sea view.

Receptionist was excellent- very helpful. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The breakfast was very good with a good choice, The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and the bed comfortable. Extra tea and coffee etc available from reception on request.

The room was really hot with no access to control the setting. The underfloor heating pipes meant that the cold tap ran warm water. We had to constantly have the window open which was next to the pool. The hotel had two functions on and a whole load of people of a cancelled flight on our last day. The dinner service and quality of the food was definitely affected by the busyness of the place.

Staff very friendly and attentive when anything requested. Location fabulous for our needs as visiting family in the area. The first few meals we had in the restaurant were great.

All clean and tidy but appearance a little dated.

A lovely hotel. Had a problem with the mattress first night but this was resolved next day with a replacement. Staff very all very friendly and attentive. Asked for sea view which we had. Lovely view out.

We have no complaints about the hotel or our stay there.

The room was spacious by comparison to other hotels. The breakfast was substantial with a good choice. The room had a very nice sea view. The hotel was very well furnished and maintained. The hotel had plenty of parking space.

We didn’t like being charged for two rooms when as a married couple (54years) staying for one night we were told that we had booked two rooms so therefore had to pay for two rooms. Two gentlemen were checking in at the same time and they needed two rooms so I wonder whether a finger had pressed both bookings for the same requirements. Not a pleasant experience when checking out from a less than sympathetic gentleman insisting on the second room being paid for.

The price was high for off-season at a hotel covered in scaffolding and a very small room.

We did not dine in the restaurant because of the limited times for evening dining and the menu looked quite basic and limited compared to many other Jersey restaurants. Personally, a little too much neon lighting for us in the bar and restaurant, even at breakfast time. Others might like this, though.

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and clean, spacious, light room. View a little spoilt by scaffolding, but this was to fix problems caused by the terrible winter storm, so understandable. Would have like to have been aware of this beforehand.
