We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSun facing rooms get very hot, shower pressure is a dribble, toilet has high water line so men could get wet while sitting!! Balcony glass wasn’t cleaned. Some room noise from adjacent guests. Bathroom was dated. If you intend on driving then be careful turning right out of the hotel towards St. Helier. Same sitting table every morning/ evening in the restaurant, not given a choice.
Overall it was really good, with excellent sea views if you requested that. Breakfast was satisfactory as was the restaurant for evening meals. The car park was never full, so you could park easily. The lobby and corridor wall art was a nice touch.New towels and room cleaned every day. Grocery store M&S nearby.

Location with access to 2 regular bus routes to Liberty Bus Station. Meals and breakfast very good. Staff friendliness and service excellent. View over pool ok. Water from taps and shower was hot. Cleanliness of room good.
