The location was amazing and the smell of honeysuckle near the door was so lovely, you could especially smell it at night. It was so quiet, and did wonders for my mental health while I was there. Robert the owner was so lovely and friendly. The studio was so cute and warm and I have to say the shower was one of the best I have been under in a long time. The roads leading to the place were light in traffic and the villages you pass though on your way to the property were so pretty, it actually made me enjoy driving again. Highly recommend.

The silence was just perfect for a very relaxing stay, just the sound of the birds singing in the sunshine and the odd fighter jet passing over, the location is fantastic off the beaten track. The owner was very polite, friendly and very helpful with the directions to find the property.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like!

This place was the perfect getaway, so peaceful for reading and crochet but only 10 minutes away from Woodhall Spa with it's lovely shops, eateries and outdoor swimming pool. Loads of walking trails and your host Robert is the best! Super polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and gifted us eggs from his hens which were delicious. I definitely recommend this place to get away from the rat race, amazing super large garden and bbq area. If you go there you are in for a treat!

Can't say there was anything we disliked. The price was so reasonable and it had all the essentials we needed, along with a few thoughtful extras. Some people may have higher expectations, but it was perfect for us and I couldn't grumble about a single thing!

The Host here is an absolutely amazing guy! So relaxed, down to earth and makes you feel totally welcome upon arrival! Communication is excellent. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful location with such a friendly atmosphere! We had a good supply of Eggs from the hens just across the garden. There are lots of thoughtful and kind additions to the accommodation you rarely find elsewhere. We had total freedom of our building and the garden surrounding it. The wildlife is amazing! A huge sized free to use BBQ on site, all you need to do is supply the charcoal! Bed was surprisingly comfortable and the accommodation was really clean. Good heating too! If you love walking this is a great place to stay. You are given a full introduction to the property on arrival, any questions are answered. A really personal and kind experience! Would highly recommend and definitely want to stay here again! It was an adventure and a privilege. A huge thank you to the kind and caring gentleman who owns this site, you Sir are awesome!

The kitchen equipment was scanty and the cooker slow to cook. Glad I took my air fryer. Host will provide extra items on request but I would recommend bringing some basic favourite kitchen equipment if you intend to self-cater.

loved it great location 2.5 miles out of woodall spa,no noise,no light pollution and just owls hooting,robert was a great host and very pleasent.the studio was nice and comfy and clean with a massive garden if you have a dog,a good walk over the feild takes you to the river witham with a path down to the riverside inn at southray,no t.v but who cares watch it on your mobile..defo return...

Could have used a full length mirror and a clothes horse / washing line outside for hanging towels/swimming things.

Cheerful and lovely welcome. He told us local walks (provided a map). Gave us eggs and plums from his garden. Lovely rural and peaceful place with a huge private garden and BBQ. Local park with outdoor swimming pool. Owls in the barn - wonderful birds and animals.
