Some parts of the apartment were slightly damaged and had wear/tear on some of the doors/doorframes

This isn't a fault with the apartment (more to do with its central location) but it is situated right next to a train line and there is the occasional train during the night/early in the morning, but I still slept quite soundly. The blinds in the bedrooms are not blackout and so a bit of light does sneak in, so may awake you early. Particularly minor but we cooked a pizza and there was no pizza cutter, but a knife did the job. Despite these, still a brilliant stay!

The location was exceptional for shopping, there is a parking space allocated which is convenient if travelling via car, and the apartment itself was one-of-a-kind! It's clean, big, and felt luxurious. There is a Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine too if you're a coffee drinker, but plenty of tea bags and the like. Will need to bring/buy milk but that's understandable. Really a great stay with the most comfortable bed too!

I'd be great if we are provided with some teabags, and I tried and tried but could not get the coffee machine to work unfortunately so some instructions would be good. Some foldable luggage racks in the bedrooms would also be nice to have as we had our belongings strewn all over the floor.

Location was fantastic, literally at the doorstep of city centre, with a bonus of having a Tesco Express just across the road. Parking facilities under the building was excellent and the flat is located on higher levels giving amazing views for miles. We were provided with ample loo rolls, everything you need in the kitchen to make easy meals and dining and living room facilities were comfortable and ample. There's extra fans in the wardrobe, and even a blanket to use in the living room when cosying up to watch telly. Owner Jay was super helpful and responsive, and helped us secure all-day parking on our check out day meaning we didn't have to worry about finding anywhere - the gesture was above and beyond and really appreciated!

We arrived late, so we had to wait a bit for a person at reception to show up to get the keys.

There were 2 sets of keys, everything was clean, the apartment has excellent location and there is a parking spot.

Not much that we didn’t like, only downfall was collecting our keys from the desk, the gentleman wasn’t very happy, but don’t let that put you off!

This apartment is stunning, we was all so shocked when we checked in how clean it was. Amazing views, perfect location to the arena was only across the road, so close into the town. Loved that the apartment had one en-suite and another bathroom with a massive bath that included bath salts etc. The beds were all so comfy and the interior in this apartment was amazing! Highly recommend it to anyone who is staying in cardiff as a group, loved it!

its easy to miss the car park. When you manage to get into it, it is fine. In fairness, the host does send precise information on how to get in to it, but I still missed it first time around!
