We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Fantastic bed and breakfast, super clean and Julie and Keith are really friendly - I can honestly say the comfiest bed I've ever slept in!! The shower was great, lovely and hot and it was a short walk to the front for restaurants and all the local amenities, really enjoyed our stay here and the breakfast was delicious I would definitely recommend and would love to go back again

United KingdomCan’t think of anything really except for the weather ,the first day it was ok, but rained the second day so we came back abit earlier, but that’s just one of those things can’t be helped.
Well cooked very nice good choices we had full English breakfast, and toast and a pot of tea, you could also have cereals or yogurt, there was orange juices if you wanted. Excellent choices.
