Everything. The garden , the hot tub, the hut was clean well equipped and so comfy.

Amazing property. Mark was lovely and showed us where everything was and how to use the hot tub. Only a short drive from the city centre and easily accessible by taxis. Would stay again.

Gorgeous little shepherds hut in a beautiful garden with hot tub. The hut was modern and clean and beautifully decorated and the hot tub was amazing. Mark the owner was very friendly and helpful. We’ve had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon.

Availability was limited

Clean inside and out. Loved the hot tub and the peacocks. Location is ideal if you want privacy. Staff leave you be and don't hover. Couple that own it are great, very friendly and welcoming

A little warm but to be expected , no faults at all

Mark were very welcoming, a lovely quiet spot on a lovely farm and only a five minute away taxi from york centre.Had a very joyful stay ,the hot tub were fantastic.We will defo be back again thankyou,maybe a little continential breakfast would be nice in a morning but otherwise brilliant

There was nothing we didn't like

Wow. What a truly fantastic few days away this was. Mark our host messaged us the morning of our arrival so he new what time to get the hottub up to temperature which was great. The whole place was immaculately clean, the shepherd's hut had absolutely everything in it you needed, The location is great too, not even 2 miles from the centre of york, but you would never of guessed that. This really was a memorable few days we had, and will definitely return

Where to start. Mark welcomed us showed us around. Lovley visits from the peacocks. Very clean well thought out welcome selection. Nice and privet. Lovely little suntrap to. And cute details around the garden.

Absolutely nothing to dislike!

Absolutely loved everything!!! This is our second visit for my birthday and it was even more special as the peacock was with us all weekend, we will be returning for a 3rd visit at somepoint!!

Apart from the fact we could light the fire, Mark (the host) was on hand to come and help! It was a brilliant stay

Only thing we didn’t like was having to leave

This is an amazing place to chill out and relax The hot tub is wood burning and is so easy to use The owner is so friendly and helpful even msg me to ask when we were arriving so he could warm the hot tub up for us Would definitely recommend to friends and family to come here was our first time and won’t be our last

The whole caravan and garden were a great setting to wake up to and the owner says he is adding more greenery to make the place feel more private
