The mattress was a bit tired. The springs dug in in places. Tiny tv.

No far from the centre...also not tied to getting up for breakfast as room option suited us really well. Very clean. Concise info re room and guest house entry for 24 hr access and parking.

Nothing really it was just a room in a local hotel.

Great location for wedding visit to city. Very clean and tidy. Did not need to stay in hotel for any time so just a room. Access via pin codes. L9vely garden easy parking.

The only thing I didn't like was the sound which carried from the room upstairs (I think they had a bath, ouch!). This would be easily sorted by fitting a door to the bedroom, the room comprising an open plan bedroom, private hallway and toilet/shower room.

The room was pleasant and comfortable. Sadly, a room with a bath wasn't available as I had requested but I did book last minute. The lady who greeted me on reception was lovely, friendly and helpful. There is a nice seating area for general use at the back of the hotel. It was easy to find the hotel from the train station and it was close to the town centre.

The room was really comfortable and quiet. The shower was great lots of water pressure. It was a spacious room that was laid out nicely. The hostess was excellent and it was easy to check in and out. I’d definitely stay here again

Impossible to enter with no cell phone. No information about various whereabouts with nobody to ask (again, cell phone presumed).

Would prefer a reception for collecting keys, can be fiddly trying to open the lock box after a wedding.

Everything you need is in the room. Loved the little extras that came with it like biscuits, hot chocolate and shower gels

Little book with bits about the local area, could of mentioned Hereford has a free zipper bus to get you around the town. Otherwise made a lovely stay thank you

Great location as a short walk from Hereford train station. Ideal if you are doing hay festival on public transport. Nice converted houses into room only rooms with large car park and garden at the back. Spacious room, clean with separate bathroom/shower, the toiletries & drinks in room were very nice. On a busy ish road but it was very quiet at night. Few things are directly nearby: a Pizza Hut, a pub & fish n chip shop. Clear instructions on how to enter/get key and who to contact if any issues. I thought I wouldn’t like the room only/no reception staff but actually it still felt very homely and comfy. Would definitely consider to stay there again.

Room could have been bigger, but that was my mistake in not guaging size beforehand, nothing to do with the hotel.

I only stayed here for one night for my visit to the Hay Festival and I will be looking to stay again next year! The staff were friendly and helpful for check in. My room was clean and comfortable with all of the required storage and amenities and the shared bathroom facility was clean. Located only a 10 minute walk from Hereford Rail station was also very ideal.

A convenient location, clean and tidy and good value. The place is not far from town and walkable. The room was quiet and had everything you need for a short stay.

There was some road noise during the night.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. 24 hour access with key codes etc. No food is provided but we knew that on booking. It was not a problem and enabled the price to be kept down.

Lack of acoustic insulation was an issue for me - I was not able to sleep as i could hear another person talking and laughing loud in another room. It seems he was talking loud in a language I could not understand, possibly on the phone to someone else 3am to 8am. It was so loud, that even with earplugs I could still not sleep.

Dressing table stool leg broken, not reported by previous guest presumably, almost collapsed under me. Hopefully now sorted by management

Website was a little unclear on payment - I thought I had to pay at reception after my stay, but they charged my card before then. Might just be me though since I've never booked a place to stay before.

The place was nice and cozy, and it was pretty easy getting in. The bathroom is shared, though I didn't run into anyone there so it wasn't too bad. Beds were nice and comfy, and they had free wifi.
