The location was ideal for our purposes. We had walked the Causeway Coast and were then travelling by train to Belfast. The B&B was at the end of the walk and close to the Portrush train station. We needed an early breakfast in order to catch the train and the owners were happy to provide this service.

It should state on the website that the owner prefers cash over card for payment. I thought the room was slightly cold even when the heaters were turned up high. I think the breakfast should have more of a selection and also include baked beans. The meats were very limited as was the toast. More offerings of food and a fresh pot of tea or coffee would be nice. Maybe slightly bigger televisions as well.

We had a lovely welcome and chat with Ben and made us feel right at home. The room was well equipped with a fridge and kettle. It was in a great location Central to everything. The breakfast was nice and the staff all made you feel at ease and welcomed. I liked that we were able to leave our luggage off and come back for again after check out. Great WiFi throughout. The room was clean and tidy as was the entire building. Great location for a short stay.

The host preferred to be paid by cash and I prefer to pay by cash but this should be mentioned on the website.

We had a lovely room with great sea views and it was well decorated and comfortable. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and made us feel very welcome and valued.

The bed was very soft. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to know based on your preference.

The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room was such a lovely space to spend the morning. The owners are very kind and accomodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I loved the way the rooms are decorated. The pictures don't do it justice.

We both have bad knees, and the stairs to the bedroom (2 stories up ) were a bit of a problem. Also, we hadn't a great veiw, as our window was just looking out to an alleyway.

Ben was really friendly. The whole house was nice & clean & tidy. We got a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and a big fry for breakfast.

That I couldn’t stay longer

Felt like home before I even got into the place, as the lady had left the key under the front door mat for me. The room was spectacular with absolutely incredible views of Royal Portrush, The Skerries and Torr Head We were also accommodated with an earlier than usual breakfast time, which was much appreciated before a day of golf. Couldn’t speak more highly of it. Fantastic location too.

Nothing everything was perfect from start to finish.

Loved the location central to all where we needed. Staff we unbelievable the gentleman owner was so kind and took time out to have a chat etc brilliant rapore with his guests. Breakfast was a real hit great set up.

Lighting was dim in room making reading at night a bit difficult. We booked a sea view room and did have a glimpse of the sea through all the Main Street buildings. So I guess we had a sea view depending on which angle you looked out of the window. Room 101. Also would have preferred more selection of a continental breakfast.

Hosts were delightful people. Very helpful. Decent breakfast cooked to order you have to submit night before.
