We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNobody likes parking fees 7.50 per day, 😀 but it's pretty reasonable considering how busy Oban is. No complaints with the apartment. we will definitely book again next visit.
The apartment was very clean and fresh. Spacious for 2 people, great location for attractions. Parking 5 minuite walk to harbour.

It was a great size, we wish we stayed another night to benefit from everything included. All decorated lovely and minimalist. Very close to seafront. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Oban.

United KingdomPerhaps an extra blanket/sheet and some instructions for the coffee machine :D I am aware that potentially due to safety reasons, all doors except one were closed. However, I would have preferred an option to have doors stay open when going from one room to the other as they were very heavy.

AustraliaThe apartment was hot when we arrived and as the apartment is not air conditioned we contacted the host to obtain a fan. The host said she would see what she could do. Four days later on checking out we still had not received any further communication from the host and no fan. There was no where to hang towels where they could dry. There was no broom or dust pan and brush. Instructions for washing machine referred to other pages that were not in folder. There was no information regarding the use of the intercom. Wifi password sent by SMS referred to a non-existent Wifi. Was not an issue as correct instructions were in apartment.
