Bathroom door lock didn’t lock, small shower head loose and flew up if used, heating was on and could of done with a fan

No paper towels or napkins, no oil to cook with and very limited seasonings, shower and sink drained extremely slowly but the staff was attentive and their maintenance kind of helped

Comfortable bed and pillows, very large living space, lots of room for luggage and to relax after a long day adventuring, nice water pressure in shower, blackout curtains Tip: if you're willing to walk, there's free parking in the residential neighborhoods about 5 min walk away up the hill

Stairs pretty steep and top ones quite narrow.

Lovely block of apartments, very nicely decorated and finished. Very comfortable beds. Great tv and access to Netflix. Super location.

Too many doors. There was a need for more door stop holders. Car parking was tricky but worked out well.

Everything was in excellent condition and ready for use. Modern and 5 star. Due to rain we could be out but quickly return to unit until it stopped. 😉

The decor, amenities, location and everything about this property was outstanding. I can not rate this property high enough! I never rate properties but felt compelled to do this one because how it exceeded our expectations.

It was unclear to me that there was no dryer, only a washer - but that may have been my oversight. We were on the top floor which included some eaves and low ceilings which was difficult to manage for the tallest (6'4") person in our party and meant he couldn't comfortably fit in the shower.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished with very modern appliances. Location was perfect - not right in the middle of the main busy area, but very close. The bonus of the Highland Soap company products sent me straight to their store to buy some of my own.

Nothing regarding facilities. If you like windows open at night, the traffic is quite constant and you may need to close windows, huge difference…good glazing, then a bit hot. Didn’t realise I was on 6th floor, bit of a struggle for me and my 80 year old Mum, my fault, I did t ask.

Lovely clean apartment, very modern and comfortable. Plenty towels and water in fridge, fabulous TV. Would recommend paying the parking at Tesco, as suggested…a minute walk to accommodation. Location is excellent, very central.

There was a fire door on the 3rd floor, but it was locked. This needs sorting.

Very clean & spacious Apartment close to centre of town. Access is up 4 flights of stairs so not suitable for elderly or infirm. There is on street parking available which is free overnight.

Apartment was warm even with no heating on . Downside is when we opened bedroom window we got road traffic noise. There was no hook in bathroom to hang up clothes when showering and no tea towel to dry any dishes. There is a dishwasher but when it’s only a couple staying you don’t use a lot of dishes? Not much of a view outside .
