Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesNoise carries a bit between the rooms, though the other guests were quiet. Also the coffee served with breakfast is a bit weak if you are a coffee snob like us!
The location is gorgeous, right on the water. The dining area overlooks the loch. The owners were kind and friendly and helped us with booking a cab into Inverness and suggested places in the area to check out

There is so much to say: The outstanding view from the room over the North end of Loch Ness, direct beach access from the garden. The cosy, but modern room and you can have a dinner here, that is prepared by Karl in a very professional and tasty manner. We really liked and you can enjoy the dinner in the B&B living room. Awesome. And Carla and Karl are also licensed and you can have a good pint (or two) or a wine with you dinner. We are recommending this B&B and personally, this one is the best I‘ve ever been to.

NetherlandsWe were welcome really warmly and enjoyed a stay in a beautiful little b&b by the lake. The room was little but comfortable and clean. Our window was looking at the provincial road, however, during the night everything get completely still, so no noise from traffic. There is a picturesque private access to the lake that is worth take a look at.

On arrival the hosts were extremely welcoming. We booked the double room with a view of Loch Ness - I’m so glad we spent the extra money to do this because the view was fantastic! 24 hr before arriving we were sent a menu to preorder dinner if we wished, glad we did because the meal was delicious. There is a lovely outdoor area at the B&B with a private entrance down to the loch, a lovely place to walk after dinner. Lovely B&B and definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is the best BnB we have ever stayed at. The first thing we noticed is that everywhere was absolutely spotless and as soon as you step into the house you feel relaxed and calm. Karl and Carla were so welcoming and friendly during our whole stay and nothing was too much trouble. The views over Loch Ness from the dining room are absolutely stunning and the garden area is perfect for relaxing in. We had several meals at the BnB and all of our food was perfect, and the extra touches make you feel really looked after. Our room had a huge comfy bed and we both got four great nights sleep. We can’t wait to come back here.

Dear Carla & Karl., thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay in our room with own Bath and „tea-& coffee-Equipment“ in your Airanlochbnb with free Wifi. We found all Equipment in there to feel always very well. Karl & Carla are Great Hosts - breakfast was very well prepared and we could choose different very delicious Dinner-Menues and could have Drinks at the House-Bar. The Meetings with the other 5 guests were always amazing. Using a small path way along the House it was possible to go in the Garden and down to Loch Ness at a stony Beach. The view over Loch Ness is lovely. We had a Parking Place directly in Front of the House.

There are a few things that make this place really special. The beautiful loch-side location with access down to the beach from the garden, the hosts are both so welcoming and friendly and the food is amazing. We had both dinner and breakfast here, and as vegetarians we had several options. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
