Our experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we very much recommend this property, but travellers may wish to note that the double beds are UK standard (i.e. smaller than the standard of some other countries) and the kitchen utensils relatively limited (e.g. no cafetiere and large pots), at least at the time of writing.

Very spacious and comfortable flat, having two bathrooms made a positive difference to us as a family travelling together, it's very well kept and located a short walk away from the town centre and its restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

The key situation was problematic it is situated in a awkward place key wasn’t in it originally and then the code didn’t work on exit Staff were helpful at resolving this issue

The freezer needed defrosting and was all iced up, there was inadequate toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing tabs for the washing machine and towels for a five day stay - disappoint ing in view if the cost of the apartment Lack of good updated instructions on the stove top , washer dryer and Wi-Fi No hairdryer on arrival had to call about this.

Small beds! More down to personal preference due to being family of 2 adults and 2 teens rather than there being anything wrong with property.

Only small suggestions as didn't dislike anything. A mixing bowl/jug in the kitchen would be useful. And perhaps some mattress protectors and pillow protectors too!

Fantastic location. Easily accessible. Lift in property makes carrying everything up and down easier. Only a short 5 min walk to beach and other sights. The flat itself is clean, beautiful and comfortable with plenty of utilities!

Very difficult to access the accomodation because there was nobody there to sort the arrival and no information was given on whereabout the keys were to access the building. We came for a wedding and arrived an hour late because we couldn't access the accomodation on time. No hot water in the morning in either showers.

The staff was really helpful on the phone and the place was very clean.

The switch for the fan in the ensuite shower room was inaccessible because of heavy wooden furniture blocking it. The mattress in the second bedroom was hard and a bit uncomfortable if you're used to something a bit softer.

It was a large roomy apartment with good quality furniture and fittings, spotlessly clean and in a nice quiet area just a 10 minute walk to East Sands. Huge fridge and freezer for anyone staying a bit longer and kitchen equipment was all good quality too. Toiletries in both bathrooms were superb quality from a local supplier in St Andrew's. Staff were exceptionally helpful arranging an earlier access for us and went out of their way to fix an issue with access to wifi, even coming out to check it personally.
