The accessible room 115 - mostly accommodated the access purpose it is there for although I would suggest that the management change the double bed to single beds that can be joined to make a double with the height of the single in the room or to a lower one altogether (might I suggest you compare your set up to the premier inn accessible bedrooms) as it was high and there was not a safe aid available to safely allow the occupants to get on unassisted. The lighting in the room could do with improvement due to the set up and it having a small window (nice view) the room was dark requiring lights on always. The main ceiling light did not work though and the lamps alone were not adequate enough. Despite not looking to be to reliant on the tv in this room it has to be said and urge management to put it right - the digital tv service of normal free view tv had no signal whatsoever. Luckily I was there and managed to help my parents get itv and bbc app connection to watch some tv for the limited period they were in there however the assumption that people know how to connect to apps as an alternative.

Location and a sense of familiarity. The sea view in room 110 absolutely stunning and the staff were friendly and accommodating when I made the booking and enabled us to be near to each other

Breakfast. It was confusing as hot plates were out. When ordered the meat and hashbrowns were really greasy. Order was wrong when ordered but didn't want to send back as waste of food but when I tried it I didn't like it. Dinning area bit run down in areas. When we checked in to our room there were dirty towels and bedding near our door, and still there hours later. When I called they came straight away to collect so I think it was an oversight.

Room was lovely, good beds. Dated bathroom but clean. Shame about the pool being closed and shame for the future but great to have access to next doors leisure pool. Staff on reception great. Comfortable hotel.

Very hot room. Window only opened a tiny bit. Would have liked more milk. Only handed out 4 at a time. Pillows not comfortable. Room dated.

Free parking. Breakfast to go made up for early work start at 5am. Charge point by bed. Kettle in room. Water and chocolate left in room. H module staff.

food on my 2nd morning was only luke warm and I went to breakfast near to start time 8am. There was plenty of different tea bag flavours but no mint tea ( although I didn't ask so don't know if I could have had them). No bins near cereal station to put empty cereal packs or tea bags. No consistency by staff - my first morning I asked the young member of staff if she wanted my room number, she said no and explained it was self service. The 2nd morning I sat down and then a member of staff came and asked my room number. Tables were not being cleared away efficiently either. Disappointed leisure facilities have closed, as stayed here years ago when my son was little and a pool was a bonus.

Breakfast choice was good, Front of house staff friendly, Nice view from room, although I didn't request a sea view I did have one, for no extra supplement.

The room was very hot despite the window being wide open all night (and it wasn't a warm day, probably around 18 degrees outside). We turned the radiator off but there was a water pipe that remained hot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

Called ahead about cot the day before, and asked at check in but wasn’t there, then had to hunt down a sheet for it. It’s really hot in there, even with window open and fan on in May! Told breakfast was 7am when I booked and prepaid- it was 8am.

The smell of marijuana around the entrance and the side of the building was not a pleasant introduction to the property.

Building looks very tired on the outside although the inside was surprisingly good. Struggled to get hot water in the shower, had to leave taps running for 10 minutes before water started to warm. The restaurant was closed which was disappointing as this was not stated anywhere. Had to chase down menus at the bar surely these could be readily available? Also this is in April and cold, rooms too hot and needed window open all night. For a Best Western it was not up to their usual standard but also appreciate it is off season.

Had electric car charging which was a nice surprise. Easy to access and lots of parking.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, the exterior don't match the interior which is amazing. The outside looks like it needs updating looks like council block from "only fools and horses"but the inside is a classy hotel the staff are attentive. Can't comment on breakfast as I choose not to eat but the bed was comfortable amazing high quality nice big TV.. room with a view that's is priceless... exceptional clean
