Nothing really. The car park gets tricky if you keep using your car since you need to “lock and unlock” it, but it wasn’t a problem for us since the location is so good and we walked most of the time we went out.

Absolutely amazing. Very clean, big spaces, had EVERYTHING we needed for our baby - cot, changing mat… we didn’t use but even a high chair! Will definitely stay again next time we go Llandudno. The washer dryer was a massive plus - washed the baby clothes before going home.

If I had wanted to watch the tv in the main bedroom (I didn't particularly) you couldn't get most of the channels on it including BBC, ITV.

Clean, modern apartment. Fantastic location near to town and beach. Able to leave car at apartment on many days. Wifi was great, very fast. The one minor issue we had was sorted for us within a couple of hours of contacting the owners.

The bed in main bedroom was very small, would be perfect if a king size and the room could take it. Another comfy chair in lounge, family of 4 with two teenagers one of us had to sit on dining chair. Hot water pressure could be improved with booster pump.

Close to town, restaurants, 2 beaches and attractions. Parking space for car. Good blackout curtains, lovely bedding and pillows and super clean and tidy.

The location was excellent. Everything in the apartment was very well thought through and you had access to things that most people would forget, sandwich boxes, cling film, toys and games for kids to play with. Really was a great apartment

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Everything we needed. Great location. Parking space was perfect for our Viva but would tight if you had a big car. The hosts were good . We had an issue with the hot water and we're able to contact them quite early on a Sunday morning to resolve. The Snowden pub nearby is nice and we walked a few minutes to Sainsburys local for supplies.

Everything was great

The property was very clean and everything was of a great quality. The beds were comfortable and there was everything we could have needed in an apartment. The location was perfect as it was a close to everything but not in the middle of where all the noise is. The was off road parking was really beneficial. There is some really lovely restaurants within walking distance and near enough to walk to the Orme from. We had a fabulous stay and would visit again.

Main bedroom bed seemed quite small. Would recommend upgrading to a queen sized bed. Apart from that everything was excellent.

The apartment was brilliant. Had everything and more . I could've been at home. Location wise its great down the rd. Beach Town centre. Round the corner tram stop.

Booking and communication with the owners was excellent. We received instructions to access the apartment in good time before check in. It was easy to find the keys, park the car in the dedicated parking space, and access the apartment. The apartment was very clean. It is well decorated. It has a well equipped kitchen. It has everything you need to make it your home whilst on holiday. The beds are very comfortable. The heating was easy to control and responsive. The location is ideal for Llandudno centre and beach/pier. Everything is within walking distance. This was our second visit. It will not be our last.

The apartment was like home from home. It was clean, airy and comfortable. It was well placed to everything we needed, couldn't ask for me and Sandra was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely use this apartment staying in this area.

Just a few little niggles that could be sorted out. 1. The oven , particularly the door and a tray were absolutely filthy with grease. Couldn’t use it. 2. In the cutlery drawer there were crumbs and other bits of dirt. 3. Drain in the bath filled up with water when showering so think it needs drain cleaner. 4. Old worn out mattress in the main bedroom.

The water was very slow going down the drain while showering. I pulled the plug up and it looked as if it hadn't been vleaned for months clogged with hair. Once I cleaned it the water went straight down.

It was modern well decorated.

Nothing..it was simply perfect.

Spotlessly clean and just like a home from home for my family. Perfect location, central to all attractions. The parking space was so convenient. We had a lovely holiday and will definitley be returning to the apartment.
