The living room/kitchen space was beautiful and well-equipped. Location at the heart of the village was fantastic. Very good value.

Cleanliness needs to be looked at.. Coffee tables (pull outs in the tv area) had left over food and crumbs, bathroom wasn't super clean, around the bottom of the toilet and sink had hairs and dust, vape under the bed. Christmas items and extra duvet in wardrobe kind of just left it felt as opposed to neatly put away.

A lovely homely feel to the loft, very clean bed!

It was very cold to start with but it soon warmed up. We would have liked a bit of milk on arrival and there was no salt or pepper which we didn’t warrant going out to buy. Grateful for the extra bedding

lack of parking is a moushole problem - so netloft obviously suffers from that. fear of not finding a space in evening can be stressful.

Nothing really but a bit of TLC here and there but honestly no complaints !

This was in a great location right in the harbour of Mousehole and cosy great for a couples and friends , bus just outside that’s had a regular service all over the surrounding areas . TV and services were great when we stayed in and local pub so close called the Ship Inn , and deli and lovely restaurants too !

Everything was very satisfactory.

Great centre for walking parts of the coastal path. The bus services are excellent to take you to start points or destinations. Restaurants in the town are good. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed.

The bed was old and squeaky and not comfortable. Had not been restocked properly (3 coffee sachet, no fresh milk and UHT milk were so old that it resulted in wasting our coffee and a single roll of toilet paper). Had to endure a blocked toilet for three days due to a lack of response from the property manager. Parking was challenging and often 200 meters away (at a cost) with no possibility of dropping off or picking up luggage close to the accommodation. Due to the unique experience of a stay in Mousehole, this can be considered acceptable but a warning to inform potential guests of this would be a good idea as not every traveler carrying large suitcases has the ability to easily to deal with this.

Location, quiet and plenty of space to stretch out and we could see the ocean!

The property is beautiful and in a beautiful location in Mousehole. It is 2 mins walk to the sea/harbour., shops and restaurants.

Bed could have been a little larger. But a really good place to be based for a break.

Very central place to stay to enjoy all that Mousehole has to offer. Great places to eat. Excellent bus service to and from Penzance if you don't want to drive once you get a parking place. Neighbours all very friendly.

The smell of the apartment wasn't good. Also, it was very noisy with beards just outside the window. The headboard is broken and was making a squeaking noise with any light movement on the bed.

The town and the views were amazing. The apartment was clean. We found everything we needed. It is very sylish. Lovely gallery just next door.

The bathroom could use a little modernising, the shower curtain rail was rather rusty and the room contained an electric storage heater The velux window needed a really good clean both inside and out

Amenities are limited in Mousehole, if you want a meal in any of the local cafes or restaurants, you should book in advance. Buy some food to take with you as buying groceries etc in the village is very limited. The netloft has an oven, stove and microwave so it's easy to make up your own meals if you go prepared. If your driving in via Penzance you will pass a few big supermarkets on the A30 to stock up before you arrive.

The location is so convenient for all the best parts of Mousehole, you even get a bit of a view of the old harbour through the roof tops from the living room. The bus service into Newlyn and Penzance is regular and inexpensive, so take advantage of this rather than driving around and parking. We parked the car up and left it until the trip home as the bus was so much more convenient and cheaper than driving and paying to park.

Lack of bathroom hand towels So few dinner plates (only 3) and one was cracked right across the centre. We had been 2 years ago so knew what to expect. Last time there were odd bits and pieces left in the 'larder' by previous people which is nice. This time nothing.
