Excellent information provided. Accommodation had everything we could want. The onsite pub does good food. I would recommend staying here to family and friends.

Nothing it was as we would like

We have stayed here before and found it was so relaxing hence why again and because my parents are disabled it made our holiday at this unit as the convenience of the property and surroundings. And it had its own WiFi.

Nothing to dislike

Absolute gem of a place! Arrived to find the bed made up and it was so comfy too..the whole home was spotlessly clean as well Had everything you could possibly need honestly couldn't ask for more. Thankyou Richard. Good view of clearwater lake Very peaceful and quiet The clubhouse wasn't far and the chicken fajitas were excellent 👌🏻 The walks and other lakes were beautiful viewing too. All in all highly recommend Will be back without a doubt

Can't find fault really. A bit surprised that bring your own bedding meant everything including pillows and duvets. Only ever brought covers pillowcases and sheets before so paying the extra charge is almost mandatory unless you have a massive amount of room in your car.. We made it a base for a trip to Yorkshire wildlife park only 30 mins away so worked well for us..

Lovely clean and well furnished caravan with everything you could possibly need. Appreciate the free WiFi and DVD player with a good selection of discs. View of the biggest lake through the caravans was so peaceful

We had a brilliant stay in a very comfortable and well equipped caravan with our children and dog. We took our own paddle boards and kayak and spent a lot of time on the lake, it was a good size for these activities. There are lots of lovely walks around the caravan site and our children enjoyed the play park and visiting the ice cream parlour on a daily basis!

Loved the walks and the Lakes and for our weekend was quiet. Facilities were lovely and excellent for us dog owners. Nice to see plenty of waste bins around the site.

Caravan was Comfortable, Clean & had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. In a lovely location on the Park , not too far from The Club House & close to lovely walks/Lakes

The weather?!? 😂🤣 there was nothing not to like despite a bit of rain, thunder and lightening we enjoyed some amazing sunshine.

Booked late as a spur of the moment break and turned out to be one of the best we’ve had… ever. Communication from Richard was second to none from the start. Arrival and departure were the same supported by the lovely Jayne. Holiday home is beautifully kept and spotlessly clean. Equipped with everything needed. The lakes setting is peaceful and picturesque. Lots of lovely space for walking our dog on site. Bar and restaurant welcoming, including furry friends. Ice cream in on site parlour highly recommended.

Jayne met us at reception, showed us round, thankful as the site is huge. Gave a tour of the van, showed us the welcome book and how the heating worked etc van was clean and all beds made up for us. Sat at the table you have a river view. Really appreciated the dvds on rainy days. The welcome book is great as you have all the info and more without having to ask the host. My husband loved the fishing and his choice of lakes/pegs. Would like to stay again and hire kayaks and try the lake, its such a peaceful and quiet site to say its so big.

Shower head kept falling off when it was moved, A little confusing no signage to different locations to caravans,very narrow roads between vans should have one way system 8

Caravan a bit untidy.. few issues, i wont list as didnt let it ruin our week away. we texted owner but alas no reply it 😔

Lovely site, very clean. Gorgeous walks around the lakes... food was nice very nice pleasant staff Caravan had lovely comfortable Beds .nice and spacious caravan.. lovely view over lake , Perfect base for touring scunthorpe, Yorkshire wildlife park is a must...

The cleanliness of the caravan. Crumbs in one of the single beds and a whole biscuit underneath it. Vacuum cylinder crammed. Stains on carpet and bench cushion. Dustbin full to overflowing with booze bottles etc. Couldn’t use it.

Kayaks broken so couldn't get on the lake .think it would be fantastic I'd had a hire shop for paddle boards and kayaks and also a bait shop for fishing as there is 7 lakes

Caravan the clean bedding .the restaurant and food was value for money and drinks not tok overpriced
