Layout slightly odd with toilet on upper floor. Lots of stairs!

There was only one toilet for five people. The sloping ceilings upstairs made the two top bedrooms difficult to move around in. The dining area is cramped.

The location was excellent. Comfortable beds and well equipped.

Duvet in the bedroom was uncomfortable being a high tog rating Found the oven difficult to use, looked through the instruction booklet but still found it complicated

No outside space. very tiny bedroom. Middle floor flat - noise and heavy footsteps thumping from upstairs flat which disturbed sleep.

Lovely clean flat handy location in a gorgeous town.

Bedroom small, but adequate. Biggest gripe is additional charge of £15 per night for our dog. When asked why so much and what did it cover the feedback was it was the going rate. I cannot see how one animal can incur, what I can only assume are additional cleaning costs.

There was nothing not to like, though seemed pricey for what it was. Check extra charge for dog if you want to bring one. Bedroom compact shall we say, but bed comfortable.

Great location with easy walk to town centre or out to sea front and the coastal path. Newly furnished and smart. Sitting room/kitchen roomy and comfortable. We had no problems with street parking, but we were out of season so no idea what it is like at busier times. Contact with hosts quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

We struggled to work the oven and grill despite looking at the manual but we did work it out by looking at u tube so wasn't a problem in the end.

Excellent communication from the host. Very clean, modern and recently decorated apartment. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Parking available. Walking distance to everything in Sherringham.

Strangely a large number of flies present on our arrival. We counted at least 10 fat house flies clustered around the living room window.

Fantastic location, very close to town centre, but still quiet. Lovely spacious apartment and nicely decorated. A home from home with your own paved courtyard area, which was great for the dog.

The layout was a bit awkward with there being such a large distance between the kitchen and the eating area. It would be helpful to have some simple instructions for how to operate the heating as we struggled with this on the first night.

Location was perfect for our family to explore the local area and really convenient for the beach and shops. The property was beautifully clean and we had everything we needed.

We had two days of very bad gales with temperatures below freezing. Unfortunately there was no way to turn the heating up as the sash windows were very drafty. The flat was very cold. The oven was very complicated to use so cooking can be limited.

could do with a proper sofa to stretch out on in the evenings couldn’t get properly comfy on the chairs…also sponge in sink was dirty on arrival :-(

I would have liked to have known before booking about the £15 per night pet fee. I found having to strip the bed and empty the bins on check out a little odd but that may well be usual for similar properties in the area.

The flat was comfortable and clean, in a good location on a quiet street. Parking was easy

My only criticism was that there was no welcome card ( have stayed in a couple of property and it has had a card detailing were instruction books are wi-fi password and anything else you my need say doctors phone number vets,dentist) had a right job trying to get fire on and then trying to get cooker working. 10 minutes looking around through all the cupboards and drawers to finally find all the instruction books. Apart from that we had a great time here and would definitely go back.

The apartment was great everything could want was here. Was like home from home.

The shower was disappointing, really hard to wash hair. We would have liked to have choice of which room to use, as two tall people the room downstairs (not in the eves) would have been preferable.

Nothing major worth complaining about on here. Is anywhere perfect?

Very nicely decorated and furnished. Very calming atmosphere. Looks like it's just been finished. High ceilings. Parking space. Warm and cosy in the cold weather. Lounge, main bedroom & kitchen are very well proportioned. Well lit bathroom & dressing table area. Well appointed kitchen. Good wi-fi and nice TV. Very short walk into town and the beach. Left us tea, coffe, milk and biscuits which was a nice surprise and useful.
