We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe location of the house is half an hour away from Edinburgh, for us it was completely fine as we knew it and we were traveling by car.
The place was very clean and great. Everything was like a 4star hotel. Kashif was very nice and professional. Everything was arranged and done by him easy and for every step of our stay, there was a clear instruction. The house has 2 bedrooms and everything was perfectly prepared to accommodate the guests in the best way. Definitely recommend it.

I can't comment on Leys park executive appartments as I was provided with an alternative appartment because of boiler issue at the originally booked appartment. Can't blame management due to this unexpected situation. However, they coordinated honestly with me about the situation and offered me free cancellation or alternative appartment. I was given an alternative appartment at 90 covenanters rise Dunfermline. It was bit far from town center but was extremely clean and comfortable appartment, given the short time for the management to prepare it before my arrival. Rather blessing in disguise as I had to visit Edinburgh for next 2 days and new appartment was much near the main motorway for Edinburgh. Provided with complimentary food on our arrival. Rooms smell so nice and the whole appartment was giving a new and fresh look. Check in was smooth. The way we were treated I can presume that the originally booked appartment would have been the same. Would like to book again.

Property was spotlessly clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Nice additional touches - complimentary toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar provided with fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge. Property was well situated for transport links and the centre of Dunfermline. Communication with the owner was fantastic. One of our party is reliant on oxygen therapy and required oxygen equipment at the property. Owner was very helpful and considerate in providing alternative solutions for the delivery of the oxygen equipment. Much appreciated.

United KingdomEverything, the listing was totally misleading. We ended up not staying at the property we felt we had been totally misled to believe the listing as an ‘Executive Apartment’ this was upsetting. On arrival we were told to park in the private parking space, this was one of 2 scruffy looking garages at the end of 4 houses, my car overhung on the public path, which I wasn’t comfortable with, the listing should state parking for a small car. The photo on the listing is misleading of the exterior, the front door has a ground floor window on the listing. The apartment is actually on the first floor (which wouldn't have been an issue for us). Garden views listing describes as 'bright and open outlook'; there were no garden views, front views onto a public car park, rear views are the back of terraced houses and their bins. Own exclusive entrance – shared path front door then stairs, this is not exclusive. Floor on entry had dirty footprints. First impressions not the best, the cleaner spent more time prettying up the apartment with nicely rolled towels on the bed with cushions and spread (no privacy in bedrooms, doors have clear glass panels) paper strap over the toilet seat, pretty stickers on toilet rolls, which is all very pleasant but there was no focus on cleanliness as below; smears on glass panes on internal doors sticky black finger prints on internal door paint smeary shower screen and bathroom mirror pink/black mould on shower door tracks. Fridge was wobbly not been levelled properly crockery has many chips paintwork chipped on walls and door frame scratch on wooden floor, cobwebs in rooms. Welcome pack; WIFI password was not clear and partially rubbed off, no coffee machine, no complimentary fruit, biscuits, tea or coffee as listed (a couple of sachets of coffee left by previous guests) There was a pint of milk, 2 bottles of 250ml water for 3 guests. Listing states ‘Avant-Garde’ this apartment is definitely not this.
