It does not have WiFi. This is stated on the website but just in case you miss it there I'm also letting you know so you go with a workaround in case you need to connect kid's devices.

Lovely location to explore the local area. Bunkbeds for the kids. Kitchen well equipped. Shops and eateries within walking distance. Alex was very attentive and helpful as a host. We didn't use the pool as it wasn't open yet. A place I would recommend

The only small negative is it would be good to have more seating in the lounge as there is only a 3 seater sofa. But this didn't effect the enjoyment of our stay.

Clean, bright and well equipt apartment in a perfect location. The apartment has two electric portable heaters which we found very efficient. There is a sink in the bedroom, which we found very handy at times when the shower (which was very good and easy to use) was occupied. The dining table seats six, so no balancing meals on our knees. Beds and sofa were comfy. Lovely fresh towels and tea towels were provided and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cookies. Also, washing up liquid, shower gel and hand wash. Excellent communication and instructions from Alex. We had a lovely stay, thankyou! We look forward to a return visit when the pool is open.

It had all the facilities we needed for our short break. It is super close to the sea. A great base to explore the local area. The pool would have been great if we'd gone when warmer and it was open. Alex is very quick to communicate and on hand if needed.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable, lots of nice little touches from the owners ... Great communication throughout booking and at the end of our stay from Alex . As ex residents of Torbay it was a pleasure to be almost on Paignton beach again , I love those early morning sunrises . All in all very highly recommend. Thank you We will definitely be rebooking . Fantastic location

Seagulls were noisy very early in the morning (4 am) and there was work being done to the pub on site and the hotel next door

Location was perfect. Paignton was lovely and there was other places to you could walk to which was great for us. The weather was gorgeous the pool was great and accomodation was more than adequate for our stay with lovely clean fresh bedding and towels which is a must for me and good value for money too.

Really comfortable and very clean apartment. Lovely welcome pack when we arrived, very thoughtful. Location is perfect, close to everything but far enough back from the road for a good nights sleep. Heated pool is a real bonus. Lovely hosts, communication was great and key pick up was easy. 100% recommend.
