Our hosts provided us with very clear instructions prior to arrival making check in very smooth and easy. Additionally there were very clear instructions around the house regarding how to use the equipment in the house. Mike additionally took the extra effort to give further information regarding food and sightseeing recommendations which we really appreciated The house was very clean and neat and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay There was even a cot provided for our baby to use The view of the racecourse was splendid.

We rented both houses. They were clean and comfortable, close together enough to be convenient, and large enough that we could squeeze all 12 of us into one for after dinner drinks.

The garden was accessed through the bedroom, we had a different house to the one we thought we had booked.

Not a problem for us, but house maybe not ideal for elderly or disabled guests due to amount of stairs. But lovely, well kept house.

Large house over 3 floors, nice terrace out the back over looking racecourse. Good size, fully equipped kitchen. Off street parking at front of house. Well located for Racecourse, and 20 minuet walk into town along river - very pleasant!!

Blackout curtains needed Very overlooked in the garden and not private at all . But it's the design of the townhouses.

The views were fantastic from all rooms facing race course Home from home regarding facilities. A lovely walk all along river and through the park into town. Comfy bed Bennys cafe...wow..

Great location for Stratford, easy 15 min walk to the centre. The house was very clean and had lots of facilities. Would definitely return if staying in Stratford.

A few cobwebs on ceiling’s understandable though spiders can appear anytime, so not really an issue.

Loved the property and view of the race course. Hosts were also amazing and sent really helpful information regarding activities/places to eat/taxis etc.

Two things - no blackout blinds in the bedrooms meant they were too light in the mornings for a good nights sleep (see this has been mentioned in previous reviews), and the heating was a bit ‘digital’ - very hot when it was on, but the ground floor bedroom was a little cold without heating. Would have definitely have given 10/10 with blackout curtains.

One of the best properties we have stayed in - and we have stayed in a lot both in the UK and Europe. Comfortable and very well equipped, nice little touches everywhere like plenty of loo roll, dishwasher tabs, decent ketchup and olive oil! Lovely views over the racecourse and handy for the town centre. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom was great for my elderly parents.

Did not like the taped up switches preventing heat settings being changed. Did not like the price list covering personal effects such as mugs and glasses in the event one was broken.

Not an issue for us, but the deck seating area overlooking the racecourse was through the downstairs bedroom.

Cozy, clean, quiet and with lovely views. Pleasantly decorated and very comfortable. Convenient for walking or driving to town. Has everything you need, including a helpful information pack with clear directions. Host very helpful and we enjoyed restaurant recommendation (for The White Swan). Living accommodation one flight up, which may not work for someone with mobility issues.
