Amazingly clean apartment and ideally located in the town centre. Also has a car park only one minute walk away, which is ideal when you are carrying luggage.

A bit noisy but the apartment also provides earplugs. Never see a staff but we can handle almost everything by ourselves

Didn't dislike anything! Would recommend putting a mirror in the second bedroom but it didn't impact our stay at all.

Great location, central for shops and bars. Decorated in neutral colours, good quality furnishings, added bonus of the roof terrace, communication was clear with check in being very easy.

It is centre liverpool so not for those that want quiet stay. No internal noise just outside. Ear plugs provided.

Lovely spacious clean well equipped apartment, we loved the roof terrace for drinks before we went out. Close to city and all amenities Great communication before during and after. Loved the key locks so no one could lose the keys

The oven was complicated but other than that nothing!

They supplied a high chair and travel cot which made us have less to take and I liked that it had a kitchen as it was convenient with a baby and bottles

No complaints. There was plenty of evening activity on the streets over the bank holiday weekend we were there, but nothing to disturb our rest.

The central location was fantastic. We walked everywhere within the city center, from Albert Dock to the Liverpool Cathedral and Georgian Quarter. And the rooftop terrace was amazing, with panoramic views of the city and comfortable seating. Everything very clean and new, and great communication from the host.

We had such a great weekend in Liverpool, the accommodation, facilities and location were just brilliant. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends & family.

A couple of hairs on one of the beds presumably from the house cleaning staff but that's just me been picky.

The apartment was very well situated near the station and town. The shower was amazing and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was brilliant

The property was very clean, modern and well presented with good facilities. All staff we encountered were very helpful and accommodating. Renshaw 44 apartments is well situated in the city centre with easy access to the train station and surrounding attractions. Highly recommend this venue for accommodation.

One of our apartments had cushions on the floor as seating which wasn’t ideal for the group staying in it. However we did know this and booked last minute due to a cancelled booking elsewhere. We made it work and it really wasn’t that much of an issue at all.

The properties are very modern, bright and comfortable. The bathrooms are absolutely stunning which I think makes such a difference to an apartment.

Loved the layout, huge open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area was perfect for our group of 8, the big brother style sleeping arrangement was loads of fun! And if you book apartment 1 don’t be put off by the 1 bathroom (for 8) as you have a separate set of toilets right outside on your floor!

Location perfect and the apartment is so spacious, clean and has everything you need! Designed and decorated to a high standard, couldn’t ask for anything more!

This apartment was on the doorstep for everywhere we required. Beautiful décor, comfy beds. Early check in was required unexpectedly last minute that was accommodated within an hour.
