Not really suitable for six adults. Would suit two adults and two small children. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, maybe a mattress topper may help to solve this. No toiletries supplied although this was stated on the description. No shop on site so had to wait to next day to buy supplies and also milk for teas/cereals. Welcome pack would be beneficial of basic supplies. Example, Power outage was experienced and had to suss out as no instructions left. BBQ provided as stated, however this had not been cleaned and there were two used disposable ones left inside also. As we did not have a vehicle, buses run every hour but would suggest that people would need to be mobile to get around site and down to beach/town.

Some things need a little attention but did not spoil our time. Handles on kitchen units need tightening. Couple of dishes chipped. Teapot dusty and dirty- chose not to use this. Think pillows need replaced.

The weather was not the best, but there is nothing anyone can do about that. It never stopped us having a good time

Accommodation had everything you could ask for.. Comfortable, clean, and in a great location. My sister and I love to walk, and this had a lovely costal walk into the centre of St Andrews

Small issue with the heating/hot water on arrival but fixed within 30 minutes of contacting host & input from the site management. Second bedroom (twin room) door possibly won't shut all the way- seems to remain open around 5-10 cm. Not an issue for us as we didn't use the room but possibly an issue if a larger party using the property.

Clean and tidy. Plenty space for lounging in the living area. Excellent choices for TV watching - especially great for us during a visit in stormy weather. Good and surprising selection of kitchen utensils. 20-30 minute leisurely walk into central St Andrews along a beach path. Warm shower. Very quick resolution of heating/hot water issue from host.

I can't think of anything to make the caravan better, everything was great. The keys which you get from the lockbox behind the caravan are a bit fiddly as it was in amongst the Calor gas bottles but once you got them, there was no need to go round there again until checking out.

Location is excellent. The caravan is up the very back of the caravan park however you do get a great unobstructed view of the sea, East Sands and the Town. Inside the caravan it is perfect esp. with central heating, it was absolutely roasting after 15/20 minutes of warming up - just be sure to press the reset button on the front of the boiler if the boiler doesn't come straight on. All the amenities needed were there, bedding, towels and teabags. The caravan has Sky TV too, with Sky Sports included so it was magic to sit and watch Celtic winning with the balcony doors open and the fresh North Sea breeze coming in, absolutely magic. Be sure to go down to the club house, Fri and Sat nights they have live entertainment and it was superb plus the beer in the club house is priced extremely well. Be sure to nip next door before closing time at Papa John's to get your pizza for the walk back.
