Clean comfortable property, second stay as perfect for visiting family in the area. Ground floor bedroom and shower great for family who find stairs difficult.

The only slight issue was that the water pressure of the shower wasnt great and occasionally went from red hot and freezing cold but it wasnt anything major.

The property was clean and comfortable. Ease of access was great and they were very accomodating in letting us access the property early to leave our bags.

The living room space was rather too cramped for a full occupancy of 7 of us.

The house was near the location we were attending for a wedding and accommodated our family well so that we could all be together. The house was clean and tidy and the bathrooms were spotless.

Nothing , but the front door needs looking at as hard to shut and the toilet sear was loose in the downstairs shower room but nothing major the house was great

My bed was fairly comfortable but not luxurious. The sitting room was cleverly organised so that you can use it as a dining room aswell by using a fold out table. Just enough room for four. Might be a bit of a squash for more

The dining table only has 4 chairs - we were fine with 5 of us but I can see it would be cramped when eating food if the house was at full capacity.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We had an enjoyable stay and found everything we needed. Town centre is 10-15 mins walk away.

Self catering accommodation , suiting us. Stores conveniently close to walk to for supplies. Very useful having two bathrooms, bedrooms spacious, clean and comfy.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay spotless everything you need to hand close to the town centre we were here for the races and very comfortable for us four adults Aaron the owner was great with all communications and always available when needed will definitely stay here next year for the races

We would have liked to have been able to park at the property and not in the street. The upstairs shower could have been warmer, but the info provided explained this and the downstairs shower was much better.

The property was very clean and comfortable and all was easy to find. It was also warm which was welcome on the two chilly evenings we were there.

Very clean, tidy and well equipped. Everything spotless and in good condition. A very good stay. Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. A good sized kitchen with everything we needed. Although the lounge area is relatively small four of us fitted in easily and the dining table was perfect for four to sit round and eat and then be stowed under the stairs to give more room. Handy for the races and also a nearby wedding venue we were going to. Enjoyed the independence over a hotel.

Lounge is on the small side, not a problem for us as there was only three of us, but the property can sleep seven and this would make the lounge area very cramped.

Location was good for approx a 10 minute walk from Newmarket town. Road was very quiet at night very little road noise and neighbourhood noise. Nice and clean, good bathroom facilities and comfy beds, and a well equipped kitchen.

Parking on the street can be a little challenging if you return late in the evening. Not fault of the property or property owner.

The place is overall comfortable including the beds. I like the fact that all bedrooms have their own hairdryer, so you don't need to look too far to find one! Wifi was very good too. Waitrose is walking distance from the property.

We found a sock from a previous guest on the floor in our bedroom, so the cleaning could probably be a bit better. Small things like change of lightbulbs and batteries in remotes would make the stay more comfortable. I would not plan any other meal than breakfast in the house as the dining area is tiny and there is no dishwasher.

Perfect little house for a family of four for a couple of nights. The host is very quick on responding to messages.
