I didn’t read properly that it was more of a vegan breakfast but that was more my mistake. The eggs on toast were beautifully done thou.

The rooms dod mot have numbers on the doors Although there were not many rooms I was confused (which is easily done these days).

There was unfortunately no parking, the host graciously put us on their permit for the night but it did cost an additional £10. There was also a shared bathroom that you were allocated a time for so as not to clash with other guests/family that stay on site.

Great spot, beautiful house in an ideal location. Host was absolutely sensational, very accommodating and cooked us a lovely breakfast.

Great location and so comfortable. Peter is lovely and also helped us with finding close by free parking. He is a font of great information - he also recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner.

A delightful stay. Room was fantastic; everything was very comfortable and clean. Beautiful views over Bath and an excellent location; less than 10 mins walk to the Baths/Abbey, and 5 mins walk to restaurants. Lovely breakfast with some of the best fried mushrooms I've ever had. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely go back.

The B&B was a lovely property with a great location. Peter was a brilliant host and very welcoming. He was down to greet us each morning making us breakfast and entertaining our little boy. Would definitely recommend booking here.

I feel the price for the room was a lot £180 for one night and we were hoping for a full English breakfast, breakfast was ok , more choice would have been lovely.

The property was good location, not too far from shops, restaurants etc, parking is a pain but then parking anytime bath is a pain. Room was tidy and clean and so was bathroom. Host Peter was very friendly and accommodating.

This was entirely my miss - I didnt see in the description that the bathroom was shared. It was clearly transparently mentioned in the booking description.

Amazing host - he goes out of his way to get things done for you and give you recommendations etc. He is a great cook and breakfast was yummy The room is clean and cosy. Perfect for parents and one small child

Wasn't expecting a shared bathroom - probably not paying full attention when I booked. I think they do have en-suite rooms available as well as ours which shared. It wasn't really a problem, but it would be nice to provide a bathrobe to facilitate a modest visit to the loo at night. We hadn't come prepared. That said, the bathroom had the best view ever of Bath! Parking is a complete pain - not the host's fault. You may be lucky finding a nearby unrestricted space, but be prepared for a 15 minute walk up the hill out of the central zone to find more accessible and reasonable parking. Or use the Lansdown park and ride. Or come by train. Bigger TV please - you can't really see the provided one from the bed. Overall it felt a bit expensive - but not outrageously so. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location for accessing the centre of Bath. Delightful spacious period property - felt like staying in a family home (which is what it is!). Stunning views across Bath. Good communication with host prior to arrival. Tea and coffee making facilities.
