We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was continental and very nicely presented. David was the breakfast chef and we loved the conversations, thank you for starting each day perfectly. Bed comfy. Spiral staircase but no problems there as we had small luggage. Parking in street, just wait for the parking space.

AustraliaThere was nothing we didn't like but a non-slip bathmat in the bath might be wise for older travelers. Only mention because I slipped getting out of a shower a couple of years ago and badly broke my ankle. Still get the jitters. We travel with one but left it in the car on this occasion.
This was a lovely B&B in an exceptionally beautiful little town. We were planning to travel to Bath for the day but decided to stay put and explore Burton-on-Avon and surrounds instead. Our hosts Paul and Sorelle (sorry if not spelt correctly), were extremely informative and helpful. The room and bathroom were large and bed comfortable and the continental breakfast more than adequate to start the day. Just to be aware you have to climb into and out of a large deep bath to shower so if you have mobility issues it could be a problem. It's easy to walk into town and there is plenty to see and places to eat.

The welcome was warm, and so was the room. The bed was huge, and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was very close nearby. The breakfast was delicious; the Greek yoghurt, and the warm croissant were much appreciated.

Location was perfect easy to get too, walkable to town although hilly so not suitable for less mobile. Lovely kind hosts.

United Kingdomif i had to say something it would be to maybe have a kettle in the room, although im sure it would be ok to ask and use one from the kitchen for a hot drink. it was fine for us as we stayed in November but for those that stay in summer may appreciate darker curtains as it became light in the mornings; however of course its lovely to be woken up naturally.
Lovely stay, Paul was very welcoming and offered valuable information to get the 10 minute train to Bath rather than drive. We had a lovely stay! powerful shower, clean room and bathroom, lovely area, quiet, everything you need! Thank you!
