One of the towels was a bit funny (looks like something was accidentally washed with it and left little pieces of something on the towel) but not a big pb, there were other towels, so all good.

Clean, nice property with own parking space, clear instructions on how to get there, everything nice and clean and some breakfast goodies provided. Location next to a big shop (coop), not that far from city centre (10min walk?) which is okay! Also, place nicely decorated.

The beds were comfortable but they are very low to the floor. This was difficult for my friend who has mobility issues, as she had trouble getting in and out of bed. We had never thought to ask about bed height before.

Very clean, great location both for walking into the town and driving to other places on the island, it had everything we needed in the kitchen and was only a couple of minutes walk to a very large Co-op supermarket.

Totally preference based but the pillows were too soft to my liking and that was using both sets on the bed. Bathroom a little cramped due to layout but still perfectly useable.

Perfect location for my trip to Stornoway for a friends wedding at the Caber hotel. Coop 5 minutes away on foot and a butchers 2 minutes down the road. The apartment itself is modern, spacious and clean. Being able to cook dinner the night I arrived and breakfast both days was extremely handy!

It took me a while to find the dish towel as that hadn't been put out - I ended up buying a set from the local Co-op and then discovered one in the utility cupboard. If there is anything missing then it's worth searching the utility cupboard before you buy something you think you need.

The accommodation is tucked away in a quiet location in the back streets of Stornoway while still being within walking distance of the town centre. Apart from a neighbour's black Subaru coming and going from time to time, the location is very peaceful. The flat is small - perfect for one or two folk but it can accommodate up to four. It's very nicely furnished - the beds are quite low as others have mentioned but that wasn't a problem for me. There is a large Co-op store a few minutes walk away from the flat and there is an even larger Tesco store within walking distance just along from the bus station. The host had supplied some bread and milk and a few other groceries which were very welcome.

Very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Inside complete opposite to the outside. Allocated parking space very handy. Key collection as per instructions so no messing about. Comfortable beds but difficult for my husband to get out of due to their lowness. Kitchen well equipped just missing a dishcloth and tea towel.

House was lovely and cosy when we arrived which was very welcome after a long journey and especially because it was a frosty night! Beds were extremely comfortable - we couldn't help noticing they were SIMBA mattresses! Fridge was stocked with essentials, bread, milk, butter and sweets left out for the kids. A lovely touch. Tea, coffee and sugar also provided. Kitchen really well equipped - I was so happy to see an airfryer! It felt as if the host really wanted you to be there and have everything you needed on arrival. Nice big television and wifi. House is really handy for town but far enough away to not have too much noise. Perfect! Kids loved it too! Thank you - I'd definitely book this house again next time if it was available.
