The view from the living room was beautiful, a lovely place to stay, it has everything you need, the bed was so comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The steps up the hillside are a bit steep but the owner had told us this however the views made up for it.

The view is amazing. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had fantastic few days. The little touches of biscuits, coffee tea milk etc were appreciated as was the parking pass. We would definitely return and recommend to others in the future.

Barmouth has become swamped with cars. Despite the ample carpark facilities in town, parking seems uncontrollable. Walking around is quite hazardous with few narrow pavements unhindered by parking.

Fantastic location. Lovely cottage which has recently been improved. Outstanding views and walks. One of our favourite get aways.

Wasn't sure about the community feel in the locality, especially at night.Unsure whether they were fellow holidaymakers or locals.Just felt a little claustrophobic.Possibly I felt like this because I was on my own.

Communication with the owner was good.I was warned in advance about the steps to the property. Turned out not to be a problem. Facilities were very good-everything had been thought of.Wi-Fi signal excellent.

It's a bit of a climb to the flat, but that's not their fault, and it's mentioned in the description. However, don't underestimate that before booking. And have to be extra careful when's raining. My 5months pregnant wife did it couple of times a day, so shouldn't be an issue.

Location and the general cleanliness of the place. Availability of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and so is the beach.

Can’t think of anything.

The property is right in the heart of Barmouth and everything is just a few minutes walk away. There is everything you could think of needing when on holiday, we were even provided with Tea, coffee and milk and there is every utensil needed for cooking too, they really have thought of everything! The property was also very clean and comfortable, perfect after a day of walking to unwind. The views were also absolutely stunning and definitely worth the climb!

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely everything…we laughed at the steps which were exactly as described but soon got used to them! The washing machine and tumble dryer made all the difference as the weather was so warm and the wee terrace was a perfect place to observe the seagull neighbours!

Old fashioned building .. but was in the old town and traditional structure, so fully expected. Slight hassle having to park and unload car in High Street then move it to car park, but worked out well and easy. Steps up to property are quite long and steep .. but that's what every property in the old town is like (Lots of character !)

Handy location in old town with really great views. Very well equipped apartment, kitchen had everything and more than required. Lounge and bedroom TVs. Wi Fi, Google assistant, loads of plug and USB sockets Shops, restaurants, bars, beach, promenade, railway and mountains etc all very convenient short walk away Owner left box of Chocolates, coffee, sugar and biscuits and put Milk in fridge for our arrival

The location was excellent with spectacular views. The flat was very clean and the bed incredibly comfy. We highly recommend this venue. Great you don’t need to drive again once you are there as the town is literally just below the property.

An absolutely perfect stay here. Scrupulously clean, very comfortable bed and sofa, (perfect for me with my dodgy back!), everything you could possibly need for your stay. Kind extras, (tea, coffee, chocolates, biscuits). I would definitely like to stay here again, and plan to. Thank you so much to the hosts for sharing such a lovely little place, and especially for allowing those of us with canine companions to bring them! Barmouth is an old favourite of mine, the scenery never disappoints and it's such a friendly and accommodating place. Lots of great places to eat, lovely shops. Blessed with fantastic weather on this occasion too!
