Amelie couldn't have been more informative or helpful as a host - she contacted us with all the info before our trip and was an absolute lady to deal with! The property had beautiful facilitiesand little extras which are it stand apart from similar properties..... board games/nice toiletries/ brilliantly stocked kitchen/hair-dryer (standard expectation) but the GHD Straightener was deffo extraaaa! The property was pristine and socosy and comfy! Delighted!

We had to roll up the rugs, which were there to make it more homely, as we had a few ‘near misses’ from slipping .

Comfy beds, plenty of towels, plenty of essentials-glasses, spoons etc. A very cosy and comfortable house with great transport links. The communication from Annelie was spot on. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Only two small things. I was sleeping on the sofa bed downstairs. There was some bedding in the sofa, but there didn’t seem to be any sheets, pillow cases etc for this bedding. The duvet was also very small and very thin and I was freezing overnight. Sorted the next night using throws and blankets from the bedroom. The second thing was the rug at the top of the stairs and in the lounge were incredibly slippery. We had to move them to stop any accidents. They either need some rubber grips on the bottom or remove them. Two minor things really, as the rest of the place was lovely. And we would stay again.😁

Soundproofing. You could ear everything even with closed windows.

Nice place, not too far from the center. With close by shops, restaurant and pubs. After a miscommunication about the procedure to retrieve the key, the host offer to pay for a drink, while we waiting for it to be resolved. Greatly appreciated.

In one of the bedrooms a nail stuck out of the floor, which was quite dangerous. House is right on a main road, which can be loud during certain hours. Brixton is not really close to the center of London so you'll always need a 20-40 min drive with public transport everywhere. But it's no big deal, there are busses very close and a tube station 10 min walkway away.

Cozy apartment in a nice living area. Communication with the host was uncomplicated and Super friendly. The apartment was clean and we had almost everything we needed (needed a lighter at some point lol). There were things in the kitchen to use for everyone, like coffee, sugar etc. We had enough kitchen paper and toilet paper. Fridge was large, even a freezer was there. TV had Netflix and Amazon Video. We were three people and used the two bedrooms, beds were alright, rooms were very roomy :D

Initial smell of the pet from the property. The stairs carpet,front yard and back balcony area need a bit of attention.

Quiet location. Closer to many bus lines. Very nice bathroom and kitchen. Worked well for for family and would stay there again. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was very nice and clean, just like the photos. Good location, bus stop in front of the building, shops and places to eat nearby. The communication with the host was excellent, Annelie gave us lots of good tips about the surroundings and how to get to central London. We'll book again for sure next time we're in London.

If I am being very picky then the floor matts that have been placed down are a little slippy on the surface so we had to be careful. It took us a while to find the cutlery draw!!

The place was really good. The bedrooms are nice and big and there is plenty of glasses, cups, plates etc. in the kitchen. Nice touch to have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer and straighteners. About a 10 minute walk to the Tube which is easy to find as it is 2 roads to walk down. Coming out if the property there are plenty of places to eat and drink close by. Nice tough to have games too.
