You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Clean, spacious, good local facilities such as supermarket, take away and a kids playground . It was also good to have the 2 parking spaces. Also convenient less than 10 min walk to the gunwharf keys shops/spinnaker tower and only 5 min drive from Southsea peir and attractions there.

Good location, plenty of room for 5 of us. Fans in each bedroom was a bonus as it's a very warm apartment. Well equiped kitchen.

United KingdomAny negatives, which some other reviews have mentioned, were far outweighed by the positives.
The location was very convenient. The historic naval yard, with a range of museums and boats to explore, was 10 minutes walk, Portsmouth shopping centre was 15 minutes walk. If you wanted to cook, the co-op round the corner was open all hours and if you were too tired to cook from all the sightseeing then there were takeaways round the corner, choice of Indian, excellent fish and chips (and burgers and kebabs), and a Japanese restaurant. Within 10 minutes walk, near the dockyard, were a range of pubs and restaurants. The flat had everything you needed and was thoughtfully laid out, you could watch Netflix from the dining table and in 2 bedrooms, and it was lovely to have two bathrooms both with powerful showers. Our host, Paul was helpful and responsive, and the description was accurateness . It was great to have our own private allocated parking space.

United KingdomWe struggled to keep the temperature below 23, despite setting the thermostat at 19, there are fans available to use but it was very warm, even at night with the windows open.
Excellent location for the Historic Docks, it was a five minute stroll. Coop one minute away if you've forgotten anything. Plenty of space for six adults and an eight month old. Space for everyone to sit on the sofa's and eat at the large dining table. Two bathrooms meant no queues when we wanted to go out. Kitchen is well equipped, everything I needed to cook an Easter roast and breakfast. Paul answered questions promptly, we had no issues over our stay.

United KingdomWe found the beds quite uncomfortable and did mention this to host. Think that by changing all the mattresses will provide for a more comfortable stay.
Location of property was excellent for shopping and tourist attractions. Had parking for 2 cars outside property. Clear instructions for travelling. accessing keys and property. Kitchen was well equipped and the living area was comfortable. Property was in a quiet block and large enough for 5 guests.

Excellent location for the Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays. Lovely living room for socialising in, with good sized dining table. Handy to have the second bathroom (ensuite). Small supermarket and several takeaways very close by.

United KingdomBeds / mattresses are tired and not as comfortable as they could have been. Note that there are no proper doubles - rather twin beds pulled together - so there is an uncomfortable "gap" in the middle, particularly because matrasses of each twin have different strength.
Great apartment, very central - benefit of two parking spaces in Portsmouth - fantastic option if you visit historic dockyards or shopping centre. Property is well equipped, and host communication was great and timely.
