Unclean Old furniture Noisy due to next room remodelling

Room needs upgrading, bit tatty, paint peeling in bathroom, broken kitchen sink, needs new flooring too.

Aparthotel v convenient in West Hampstead, lovely area of N London. Own entrance to room (from outside). Clean, comfy beds. Great shower. V well equipped room, loads of towels and toiletries, small hob, fridge etc but room really needs upgrading, a bit tatty.

This hotel is in a great location with a nice choice of local restaurants and bars, plus excellent public transport links. The room and hallway is a bit tired, but it was clean and had everything you would need. The kitchenette was very useful and had lots of tea, coffee and little milk cartons that you could use. The bed was comfortable and check-in/check-out was easy.

An unpleasant smell in the stairwelll leading up to the room, did not smell in the room so wasn't a problem just slightly unpleasant going up the stairs

Rooms were very clean, comfortable and finished to a high standard with great facilities the kitchenette was a added bonus.

There was a fair amount of dust around, but the bed itself was clean. The door to the room needs replaced as there was a clear gap around it that you could see out. Rooms are small also compared to what they looked on pictures

It’s in an ideal location, bed was comfortable and did the job. Shower was fine also

Staff were not particularly friendly Entrance and passageway to room badly needs decorating as damp and peeling walls gives a sense of doom as you walk upstairs to the room.. but happily room was great! Windows could do with a clean would be the only criticism.

A dish towel supplied would have been helpful.

The location suited me very well. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I was able to make breakfast in my room with the amenites available.

Walls are quite thin so could hear people in next room at night . Wi-fi doesn't connect ( not sure if maybe due to is being on top floor)?

Perfect location to be close enough to the centre that you could just get to bus stops or trains easily bur far enough away it was quiet with some nice bars & places to eat. The room had everything you need for a few days

We got locked in the room, we called reception who opened it and said it had happened a few times. If there had been a fire we would have been stuck.

I had a problem collecting the keys on Saturday morning. I was told that I could collect the keys when the office opened. I waited from 10.30am until 11.08am only to be told that the guest was still in the room and I could get the keys. I was not happy with this. She asked how I would feel if I was in the room and she knocked on the door. I said I had used many hotel rooms In my life and never had this problem. The only reason I thought I would collect the keys was my sister & husband would be staying that night and won't get there until 11pm. I said I could not not wait. She then told me that I would get get an email when the office was closed, with instructions on how to get the key. She could have told me this before. I did not get the message so had to call at 7pm. I was horrified by this level of service. Very different experience the first time I booked. The chap who spoke to me was helpful and sent full instructions. This was appreciated.

Smelled of cigarette smoke; and I couldn’t have the window open unless I had the blind fully open, which isn’t great for warm nights.

Formica and basic IKEA but it had everything that I needed. It was clean.
