Lovely clean room, access to a very nice shared bathroom and kitchen, the access code to enter the property went to my home phone instead of my mobile but the property owner sorted it very quickly! Close to Barnsley town centre and parking on site was a bonus!

The bed wasn't comfortable at all, very uncomfortable mattresses. Ive got a bad back and i wish the guest houses i go to were like the hotel beds.And only 1 pillow each,also no label and chairs or sofa. We were in a big room so had to sit on bed ,and no tea bags or milk there. And no bed side lamp so big light on all the time.

One night, there was a VERY noisy couple staying in one of the rooms above us who were screaming and shouting (among other things!) until the early hours, which kept us awake. However, I realise that the noise people make is out of the control of those who own the property - this is just to make them aware!

Our room was clean, comfortable and extremely spacious. It was convenient for us to be on the same level as the kitchen and bathroom, as I have mobility problems. Both kitchen and bathroom were very well-presented and had all the facilities we needed. The entry system was easy to use and more convenient than having keys. The property was in an excellent location for the event we were attending that week at the Metrodome. There were plenty of power points in the room, and the heater warmed the room quickly.

We had some people upstairs who didn't use their common sense. It was noisy throughout the night and myself and my husband couldn't have a decent sleep. Apart from that every other things were okay , and it's good value for money

Shared bathroom for two levels of bedrooms. No tea, coffee milk etc so need to bring your own , no problem as long as you’re aware.

Very clean , easy to find , great location , easy walk from station, pub & bus stop close by, fab bakery / deli below. Extremely secure and all above ground floor accommodation.

Quite intimidating note on the communal fridge telling me not to touch any food or drink in there. - Young couple seem to be living there in one of the other rooms, left all their dirty plates in the sink. Note was rather unpleasantly worded that other stayers 'had plenty of money' and they didn't. Quite unnecessary I felt and left me feeling quite uncomfortable.

Noisy neighbours at No.2, and stairs up to my room a little steep, which I had to use every time I needed the bathroom.

The door was stuck and I needed to contact the owner who advised me about the door issue. Having never used an electronic lock I thought I was locked out and panicked.

the exact location isn’t specified on google - and it’s not described particularly well, the only way I knew was watching the YouTube video and seeing the green door. another guest has the same trouble

easy to access (after watching the videos), bathroom and kitchen clean and had the necessary basics (shampoo, coffee, mugs).

Couldn't get to parking space due to home football match (ground is v.close). Room a bit sparse; could do with a chair at least and a couple more pillows.

Location and cleanliness were good. Room was quiet and bed comfortable.
