We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable, spacious, and really well located - and the views were spectacular! Fiona also went out of her way to make sure that she could answer our questions, even when our phone went down. Would highly recommend.

Living Room View: I was a tiny bit disappointed in the view from the living room. While the flat is situated close to the sea, I was hoping to see more of the ocean when seated. Unfortunately, the balcony has a green cover for safety, which I understand, but it did hinder the view and detract from the overall experience. Noise: The seagulls were also super loud, which made it challenging to keep the windows open. The noise level was quite high at times, disrupting the otherwise peaceful ambiance. This was particularly noticeable during early mornings and evenings, making it hard to enjoy the fresh sea air. Despite these minor drawbacks, the flat is still a fantastic choice for its location and amenities.

As a professional cleaner and ex air B&B cleaner I noticed the property was Lacking some attention to details such as loose towels rails. and the letter box on front door was hanging off. Kitchen cupboard doors and handles grubby, dust on skirting boards in bathroom, some mould around tiles and silicone. Some areas missed from cleaning

The apartment was in an excellent location and was clean and comfortable. The host thoughtfully provided tea, coffee, biscuits etc and the kitchen was well appointed. The information pack was very informative and useful and we would definitely come back again to stay.

sole parking spot not secured by locked post and not available on arrival after 6 hour journey. Apartment at top of steep hill and we are seniors! ensuite bathroom very poor: temperature control of shower dreadful - scalding water positively dangerous. Sink water supply very weak and sink drainage unacceptably slow. Plumber needed!!

The only real issue we had was that the en suite shower was very tricky to get the right temperature, often switching between very hot and very cold.

It is a steep walk up and down to get to the apartment when walking a round Ilfracombe. Aside from that, it was very nice.

Interesting location, a very steep hill to drive and walk up and down to. I really enjoyed the apartment, it was very clean, tidy, well decorated and designed, and had enough utilities to use, such as cooking and cleaning stuff.

The views are great. The flat is tastefully decorated and large enough for 6 adults. It is very well located for coastal walks or the beach/harbour, there is one parking space and we found a street where we could park our second car behind lidl. The kitchen is well stocked up with utensils

We liked it all, but would make it even better is a little bit more attention for detail in the bathrooms when cleaning (black mildew/mould in the nooks and crannies) and may need brand new toilet bushes. Apart from this, it was a dream and we loved it. We will definitely come back.

This pretty apartment was cosy, stylish, roomy, warm and it had great kitchen facilities. It was also in a great location, not far from the centre or the harbour. Once we parked up, we did not have to use the car again. The views were stunning and even when the weather was a bit wet or drab outside, it did not matter as the views made up for it.

We didn't like having to leave. Would've stayed longer if possible.

The apartment was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed. It had absolutely everything you could possibly want from towels, iron and ironing board to beach toys, games and books. The owner was amazing and we could contact her with any questions we had. The views were fantastic and the apartment was located in the heart of Ilfracombe with a perfectly located parking bay. You could stay there and not even need to drive as everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area.
