We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomProperty was advertised as having two parking spaces in front of property which we presumed were exclusive, in fact even though we only had one car we found the spaces often occupied by neighbours cars which was annoying as we specifically wanted a property with parking.. TV was not great to navigate as apps all needed logging in to and needed new batteries in remote..
Bright and clean, lovely quality bedding and towels and well equipped modern kitchen.. Short walk into Ilfracombe. Very easy check in arrangement. Washing machine was handy too. Really good rate for the week so great value too.

Clean, comfy, well decorated house, as described, looked recently refurbished and was dog friendly - Netflix was great. Took around 15 mins to walk into Ilfracombe which was fine

Lovely clean property in an excellent location. Right by a lovely park and easy walk into Ilfracombe and surrounding areas. House had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond when we had a problem with the travel cot and it was sorted within 10 minutes. Great stay! Thank you

The single bed mattresses were a little too soft. The actual house was a little difficult to locate as the road sign said the houses were numbered 11 upwards. We were looking for number 2 .... very strange.

United KingdomThe only tiny negative was that the catch on the living room door handle wasn’t working, so our dog kept pushing it open to try to get upstairs.
Excellent location, quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. There was a lovely park just a few minutes walk away to take the dog for a quick loo break, and a fabulous walk across from the park (Cairn Walk). House was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Basic cleaning supplies and provisions provided, along with a nice bottle of Prosecco. Excellent communication with rental company and they very kindly allowed us to check in several hours ahead of time as our daughter has a disability. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Lovely 2 bedroom house with everything that we needed. The board games and were our saviour when we had horrible rain, kept the kids entertained. Clean, good location, had a great nights sleep, no issues with parking (as hoped). Prosecco was great, thank you, very much needed after a long drive with kids 😂 Welcome booklet was handy with places to go and see. Really enjoyable stay, would stay again!

United KingdomDescription/facilities says there is a DVD player but there wasn't and we had taken some to watch so a little disappointed. Towel rail not working but bathroom still quite warm.
House had everything we needed and was so cosy just like home. We stayed for 2 weeks and the house was cleaned by them mid stay which was so lovely. Great location with lots of walks and places to visit. Quiet close, park along the road and nature reserve.
