We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Loved the location, and a particularly spacious apartment. It was very clean, and was able to keep it tidy while we staying as it’s very organised with lots of storage. Definitely recommend!

The location is superb. Attractive surroundings within very easy and accessible reach of restaurants . The accommodation is spacious and has all facilities for a short or longer stay. Fixtures and fittings are of good quality and in good order. On site parking for one vehicle close to entrance lobby.

We have returned from a two night stay. The apartment is fabulous. Light, bright and airy. Beds are comfortable with lovely linens. It is equipped with everything you need to eat in if you require. The area is lovely to walk around and there are places to eat, buy a coffee and even entertainment if needed.

It has everything we need, the location is great with access to the estuary and the town centre. United KingdomCleaning of the apartment was disappointing, although it was evident it had had some cleaning all surfaces were very smeary and needed cleaning again. This was an expensive apartment and the overall cleanliness really let it down. We stripped the bed as requested only to find a very stained mattress protector. The apartment also had extremely poor water pressure, with two bathrooms it was impossible for two people to shower at the same time. Also kitchen crockery was chipped and needed replacing with limited cutlery (only 3 teaspoons). Such a shame as the property itself was stunning .
Lovely apartment block with good location to Woodbridge town. Apartment was warm, spacious and very comfortable. Having parking on site was an advantage.

United KingdomGetting in initially was tricky. It was useful to have two people, one to stay with the car (pre-bollards), the other to find and use the correct key pad. There were 4 or five possible key pads outside the property, with a further two adjacent to the door to the apartment. We were fortunate to ask another resident who was exiting the public area to help us get in. She unravelled the Crytal Maze way of accessing the property. Worth having a torch handy if arriving after dark. Once we'd cracked the codes and the car parking pass and bollard fob, (it is counter-intuitive and faces the opposite way), then the stay was all good. We then had to work things out in reverse order to depart. (Two heads were better than one).
Great location. Close to the town centre. Good secure parking. Very good clean and airy apartment. Quite simply we will return and hopefully get to book the same accommodation.

United KingdomProperty is managed by a third party and new to booking.com. Check-in is 5pm! I requested to bring forwards and received an email asking to check again closer to the stay, fine. They repeatedly emailed me the same email every day. Then they emailed to say it was ok. Then they continued to email me daily to check again nearer my stay. A few days later they offered me early check-in for a fee. When I arrived I called them as I couldn't find keysafe code (my issue), they said I was early and didn't believe me that they'd emailed me, oh and charged me a fee at the same time 😂 In sure they mean well, but someone needs to get a grip of the admin 👍 Apartment itself was lovely, no issue whatsoever.

Very well furnished stylish apartment with plenty of space. Welcome bag of local beers, wine and crisps much appreciated.
