The position of the property being so close the Hereford was excellent. private parking and quiet property.

Struggled to locate lock box, it may have helped if we had been advised it would be out of site.

Property was easy to locate, in close proximity to the centre. Secure parking at the property, without any need for reservation. Great having two bathrooms. Loved the ensuite! Beds were comfortable. Home was lovely and warm. Didn't use the TV much, except for the news first thing, but plenty of options were made available.

The upstairs bathroom was an en suite and therefore wasn’t accessible to the second upstairs bedroom though the downstairs bathroom and shower could be used by all. .

House was very comfortable and met all our needs. Beautiful decoration- newly refurbished in modern clean style.

Because of the extreme heat during our stay it was sometimes hard to close and lock the front door properly; fortunately it worked each time we left the house.

The house was beautifully furnished to a very high standard, with everything we needed. Tea, coffee, sugar, shower gel, washing up liquid, and hand wash were all provided. It was a short walk to the city and had parking for 2 cars.

There was nothing about the house not too like it was exactly as described on the website.

Such a lovely welcoming house. It was clean and tidy & had several little extra touches like tea, coffee ect. There was adequate space for 4 of us. Off street parking available. Also a small garden at the rear. The house was close to amenities and within walking distance of the town centre. I would highly recommend.

Not helpful details getting settled in. Issues with code to key safe. No wifi gave up calling with no resolution. Previous dishes left in dishwasher. A broken piece of glass next to microwave. Toast crumbs on toaster. A few not clean dishes put back in cupboard. No toiletries for washing in shower area only a sink hand wash. Not vacuumed before we arrived.

It hadn’t been properly cleaned - used dental floss etc in bathroom bin, soap with hairs on it in shower, dirty wineglass and broken wineglass in cupboard. Also main door and bathroom door lacking the door mechanism that would allow them to shut and stay shut. Soundproofing is poor - you could hear the neighbours until the early hours.

Superficially it is nicely furnished, and it is close to a big supermarket.

Not properly cleaned as found a sewing needle on the stairs and sequins/beads on the floor. We had a 11 month old crawling baby which this was a hazard for. There was something like coffee sprayed up the stairs wall. The bathroom door upstairs didn't keep closed as there wasn't a lock on it, we had to keep putting a towel down to keep it closed. The inner porch door wouldn't open when we were inside, it was jammed shut. Bit of an odd layout upstairs as had to go through the other occupied bedroom to get to the bathroom if you didn't want a trip downstairs at night to the other bathroom at the back of the house.

Is not suitable for 6 adults as the sofa bed is tiny and very uncomfortable. Had not been cleaned to an acceptable level on arrival- visable pubic hair in Bath room and Blood specks on sheets in 1 bedroom. Not enough toilet paper for a 2 night stay for 6 adults.

Checked out of property. Greeted with email from hosts stating they were deducting £60 off my £200 deposit that was taken for a 2 night stay due to some small " stains " on the towels photos taken prior to washing so would most probably have come out in the wash. Very bizarre to inspect dirty linen and report from cleaner that there was mess left all over the place which was false. I didn't empty the kitchen bin to the outdoor bin and left sweet wrappings in a bin upstairs. Very embarrassing and rude email . I asked for photographic proof of mess. Received none. Requested that £60 totally unreasonable and if they wanted money to take £30. They still took the £60 until I chased this up. My advice do not stay. Carpets had stains on yet our used towels were inspected and we were charged prior to washing. The house was also cold and hot water supply limited. Expensive property and embarrassing handling of paying guests
