Saucepans and frying pans aren't nonstick. It's a very minor detail! But scouring pads are needed.

Everything was as the host described. Parking is around a minutes walk up the road for £2.50 a day, parking to drop off cases was outside the front door. Lovely living room, kitchen, bedrooms and great shower.

A lovely little place which was clean and had everything you need for your stay in the kitchen and bathroom. Beds really comfy and easy check in. Everything was perfect!

Although no free parking on site. Paid for parking £2.50 for the day was available only 2-3 minutes walk away. Occasionally you could get free space outside property for loading bags etc

We couldn’t find the frying pan ? The stairs were narrow and steep , no problem for us , but do need to be careful on them , but both small details . Not much not to like !

A lovely place to stay . Spotlessly clean . Nice decor throughout . Great comms with the owner from start to finish . In a great location . Nice little garden . Great value for money . When I read the reviews , was already aware the parking was in a car park just round the corner and that was only £2.50 a day . Can highly recommend this property .

Perfect location for what we needed! Cheap parking up the road! Couple of small issues but the host resolved them as quickly as possible! Will definitely stay again in the future ❤️

Stairs were a little steep that we were not prepared for but just about managed.

Loved how close it was to where we needed to be. Good double glazing meant that you can’t hear anything happening outside unless the window is open Overall the stay was lovely.

What a gem. Very clean, with everything we needed in the house. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, quiet location. Flat area and a 10 minute walk into the town centre.

TV was a funny colour unable to change it on settings. Got locked in temporarily as the latch seemed to have got stuck.

Easily accessible, all amenities you'd need. Lovely clean and cosy. Beds really comfortable. Neighbours friendly.

It was a perfect size for the family to stay, very clean. I definitely recommend this place to stay if you're visiting barnstaple.

I was a bit worried when I went through initial entrance area, as there was a lot of clutter (children’s toys, stud wall made of chipboard, wire fencing, just general clutter etc). It looked a bit rough to be frank. However this appears to be a shared area with other properties so perhaps little that can be done about this. When you get into the property itself, it is a relief as everything is clean and tidy and in good order.

Really clean and tidy inside the property. All facilities you need for a comfortable stay with family (kettle, toaster, cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, clothes maiden for drying, hairdryer).

The location was not that good plus we had to call the owner to explain that the bedding and pillows had stains and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly and general condition of cleaning was very poor, another big problem was the parking for your car, there was a small space outside of the property but you can only use it to offload your cases ect:(30mins limit) and you had to park the car up the hill in pay and display car park. The property was approached through a shared courtyard and was not that private plus the rubbish bin outside of your front door was overflowing and really stank, overall the stay was not that pleasant and the price was very high in our opinion, the owner did send someone around to clean and change the bedding ect: but it's the last thing you need at the start of your holiday to have cleaners come in to clean when you're in the property all ready.

Property was nice, very quiet with good sized rooms, kitchen was well equipped and all you needed.
