Beautiful location close to Royal Crescent and walkable distance to the town center. Fantastic facilities and everything you need to make your visit home from home. Would highly recommend!

The location of the property is perfect...a part of history. The immediate area has some charming stores and restaurants, and the property is close to downtown.

The instructions on the welcome email About the key box do not match the names on the actual key box itself so that was confusing.

Lovely period flat in perfect location. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with super comfortable beds. What more could you ask for?

The heating didn’t come on until 6:30 pm and we had to contact the owner to override the timer as it was quite cold. The crockery felt quite cheap.

Location was excellent. Apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Excellent deep bath. Loved the cosy kitchen. Bedrooms were lovely. Short walk to good CO-OP up the hill behind the apartment. Loved being in such a historical location.

It was perfect in all respects

One of the most famous architectural sites in the U.K. I got it for my family to come down and stay. Really nice space. Unbelievable views.

The bath looked amazing, but the taps were troublesome to turn on, and then off again.

The plethora of emails regarding my booking, payment, etc, etc. Some of which contained conflicting information leading to confusion about accessing the property. Is it really necessary to split the information into all these bits? Isn't it more eco-friendly to reduce the number? It certainly makes it difficult to pull out the information you want when it is scattered across several emails!

The property was all good! Spacious, comfortable, warm, clean, beautifully decorated and very much in the period.

Not for people taller than 1m90; you won't fit under the shower, your feet will be outside the bed and you will bump your head several times.

The bath taps didn’t seem to work, no water came out. But there was a shower in the ensuite so it wasn’t a huge issue, although we were 4 guests. I didn’t bother reporting it since we had the shower. Perhaps some of the mattresses could do with replacing, getting a bit soft.

Lovely location in a very special historic building. The maisonette is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so a few flights of stairs, but what a view onto The Circus. Tastefully decorated to suit the age of the property. Lovely cafe just 5 minutes away, Cafe Lucca. The flat was nice and warm. We were able to drop our bags early and met the very lovely cleaner who was so welcoming. Instructions on getting the keys and accessing the flat were very clear and helpful.

There was 1 shower. It was useless. Owners need to try and have a shower and see how they like it.

The apartment is very charming, beautifulyfurbished with some extra details like antique furniture, decorations, paintings which gives a great feeling of the genuine time and history of the place.It was perfectly clean and very cozy. The location is unbeatible. Fantastic stay
